Test your HHO machine if effective or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your favorite HHO machine. Check the RPM goes up to 1600 or more, it is GOOD. If RPM goes down or the same, your HHO machine is ineffective, useless, and waste of time, effort and money. Any seller will pass this test, BUY their HHO machine. (Forget the driving around wasting more gas, or read On Board Computer Instant MPG).
You're using fuel to generate electricity (the alternator) in order to generate HHO to be fed again into the engine?
If the alternator has a constant mechanical load regardless whether you use the power produced, then you may be able (with this system) to recuperate that wasted power.
If the alternator has a mechanical load only when there's an electric load then I doubt that you'll be saving money.

Couple of problems with your setup. The engine would require quite a large amount of hydrogen to run w/ no gas. you would need a huge convert tank from which the hydrogen was made. You would also have to make a lot rapidly just to keep engine running. H bubbles you light not even close to enuff. if you could light can and get it to burn equivalently to gas filled can, it MIGHT work, but even if u have made H, you can't make enuff, fast enuff. the little you make wouldn't even improve MPG. Sorry!
so you rerouted the fuel into a stainless canister and then into the carb fuel port on front of carb. Oh yeah, and you hooked and alligator clip to a wire and clipped on car (WTF For?) We all would love to have this pseudo science work, but making fake films isn't gonna bring it to life. You are superficially correct; however, there are many factors seen and unseen to consider. One easy to figure is that the hho mix causes petrol to burn much more efficiently. The "overunity" claims are a bit more difficult to verify, but they aren't necessarily true, nor do they necesarily violate the 2nd law, the simply operate by means of mechanisms yet unclear. Hoax? Don't be too sure.
Actually... the electrolysis process being used is not a normal electrolysis process. It is very similar to Kanarev electrolysis. The way it works is that the water is pre-negatively charged before use... this puts it in a plasma state. Then the electrolysis is used in combination with a vacuum (that pulls from the engine), resulting in HHO gas being produced on demand, in ratios respective to how hard the fuel line is asking for gas fro the energy cell.

I was going to start a project using it to see what happens. I have 4 sheets 3 gauge from approximately 4 by 3 inch in diameter.
Only problem is, its really hard to work with, really hard to get in sheets and is expensive. If you do use it. It does have radio active properties. Handel with care. Use insulated gloves.

yes I've tried tungsten (not in sheets though)the problem is it seems to deteriorate rather quickly like aluminum the pieces I pulled looked almost burned from the outside in not sure what caused the deterioration but the separation of hydrogen and oxygen stopped as the tungsten discolored. I used almost a pure tungsten @ 99% from a tig rig I have.

any car with injectors would probably more than guarantee that its gonna have o2 sensors. computer + sensors + hydrogen/gasoline mix = reprogram the computer :( $200 - $300 range.

The reason car companies do not use this is because the average consumer would not maintain the electrolyte tank. That combined with low 1-3 MPG improvement and the risk of explosion versus the extra cost of the system makes it a loser. Besides gas is $1.79 so who cares.

I do not need to see inside the reactor. it wont matter all that much what configeraton is used so long as its stanless + - set up with h20 from any tape. vacuum 20in or the more the better. big amps too say 300+. flatl1n3, the reason, why all theses electrolysis devices became popular is based on a simple principle: Efficiency vs. RPM vs. torque-characteristics of a combustion engine has a peak. So the additional alternator load caused by a electrolyser can broaden this peak a bit.; but the net effect is not breathtaking. However, you will never get this fuel efficiency, as a true hybrid car can provide, where the engine runs mainly in the most efficient operating area to charge traction batteries. ;-))

Test your HHO machine if effective or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your favorite HHO machine. Check the RPM goes up to 1600 or more, it is GOOD. If RPM goes down or the same, your HHO machine is ineffective, useless, and waste of time, effort and money. Any seller will pass this test, BUY their HHO machine. (Forget the driving around wasting more gas, or read On Board Computer Instant MPG).

You're using fuel to generate electricity (the alternator) in order to generate HHO to be fed again into the engine?
If the alternator has a constant mechanical load regardless whether you use the power produced, then you may be able (with this system) to recuperate that wasted power.
If the alternator has a mechanical load only when there's an electric load then I doubt that you'll be saving money.

Couple of problems with your setup. The engine would require quite a large amount of hydrogen to run w/ no gas. you would need a huge convert tank from which the hydrogen was made. You would also have to make a lot rapidly just to keep engine running. H bubbles you light not even close to enuff. if you could light can and get it to burn equivalently to gas filled can, it MIGHT work, but even if u have made H, you can't make enuff, fast enuff. the little you make wouldn't even improve MPG. Sorry!

so you rerouted the fuel into a stainless canister and then into the carb fuel port on front of carb. Oh yeah, and you hooked and alligator clip to a wire and clipped on car (WTF For?) We all would love to have this pseudo science work, but making fake films isn't gonna bring it to life. From what can be seen, looks like they just wrapped corugated wire shield aaround a fuel line that runs over to a huge fuel filter or canister. The problem is people try to replicate his design leave out important information.
Joe's cell has hole drilled in the side of his tubes, there spaced 6-8mm apart.
Negitive tube (center) connected to the bottom and positive to the top (outside).
Two neutral plates, and attaches a positive wire to the end of the gas copper line before the vacuum.
47-51 degrees of timing .
He produces not volume but a certain type of gas.
Once the cell is charged there no need for power.

It's a hoax because it uses electrolysis to separate hydrogen (H) from oxygen (O) in water. Nothing new. That works really well, except it takes energy to separate the H from the O, so they are not getting anything for free (unless you think plugging it into the wall and using electricity as "free").

You are superficially correct; however, there are many factors seen and unseen to consider. One easy to figure is that the hho mix causes petrol to burn much more efficiently. The "overunity" claims are a bit more difficult to verify, but they aren't necessarily true, nor do they necesarily violate the 2nd law, the simply operate by means of mechanisms yet unclear. Hoax? Don't be too sure.

Actually... the electrolysis process being used is not a normal electrolysis process. It is very similar to Kanarev electrolysis. The way it works is that the water is pre-negatively charged before use... this puts it in a plasma state. Then the electrolysis is used in combination with a vacuum (that pulls from the engine), resulting in HHO gas being produced on demand, in ratios respective to how hard the fuel line is asking for gas fro the energy cell.

Did any one try using tungsten steel?
I was going to start a project using it to see what happens. I have 4 sheets 3 gauge from approximately 4 by 3 inch in diameter.
Only problem is, its really hard to work with, really hard to get in sheets and is expensive. If you do use it. It does have radio active properties. Handel with care. Use insulated gloves.
Don't ask where I acquired it because I stole it from work.:D

yes I've tried tungsten (not in sheets though)the problem is it seems to deteriorate rather quickly like aluminum the pieces I pulled looked almost burned from the outside in not sure what caused the deterioration but the separation of hydrogen and oxygen stopped as the tungsten discolored. I used almost a pure tungsten @ 99% from a tig rig I have.

If there is a net loss in energy, then how is it that these homegrown hybrids are running increased Gas Milage without killing the battery? I'm going to do an oil/tuneup on my civic, film 3 tanks stock, then, I'm going to buy one ("HHO" Cell) from Vada, then film the the unboxing, install, operation and again, 3 gas mileage tests. I had to get my money back through PayPal. Go to "tkk4jhk's" channel. I know you have a problem with the Ball Mason liner but, It only takes one hp to create over 1000 cml of refined browns gas per min. The reason car companies do not use this is because the average consumer would not maintain the electrolyte tank. That combined with low 1-3 MPG improvement and the risk of explosion versus the extra cost of the system makes it a loser. Besides gas is $1.79 so who cares.

I do not need to see inside the reactor. it wont matter all that much what configeraton is used so long as its stanless + - set up with h20 from any tape. vacuum 20in or the more the better. big amps too say 300+. I know it works. my own car is 1.3 ltr engine. i get around 1000kms from a tank on a hwy! fact! I was doing similar with a 4L ford and gains of 50% hp. but it also has its issues to over come.I know I can run that cleavland.
with twice the horse power = lest effort=less fuel .cheers

I do believe it is possible to use electrolyte solution and the car alternator to produce hydrogen and increase gas mileage However, it would need to utilize vaccum from the intake manifold to increase H output, a throttle based injection system to only inject H upon acceleration, and an oxygen sensor hack to keep the ecu from spraying more gas to compensate for the low stoichiometric ratio of H.

flatl1n3, the reason, why all theses electrolysis devices became popular is based on a simple principle: Efficiency vs. RPM vs. torque-characteristics of a combustion engine has a peak. So the additional alternator load caused by a electrolyser can broaden this peak a bit.; but the net effect is not breathtaking. However, you will never get this fuel efficiency, as a true hybrid car can provide, where the engine runs mainly in the most efficient operating area to charge traction batteries. ;-))
