I actually like H3, its not suppose to follow the michael myers series, john carpenter had stated that he only wanted to make H1 & H2 and the third one was suppose to be a completly different story, its really a good film its just that people arent getting that john carpenter wanted to make a different Story for the third halloween that didnt involve michael myers, i give it a 4/5 i luuuv this movie

They should have called Halloween: Season of the Witch and left the 3 out. That is what confused so many people, they were expecting to see Michael in it because it was the "third one."

this movie should stand alone as it's own movie. it's one of my favorites.. and i'm a fan of the myers storyline as well. i hated season of the witch when i was young, but now i love it. give it a chance people!

The real failure of this film is that they called it Halloween 3. The film is actually quite deep, much deeper than the later Halloween films. It's a criticism of capitalism, if any of you even know what that is. ~_+

If you guys would have actually done some research instead of just saying "There's no Michael Myers, it sucks." you'd realize Halloween II was supposed to be the last one with him, as he was supposed to stay dead that time. Only after this movie got poor reviews and people wanted him back did they write him back into the movies in 1988. This movie is great, it's just very different...and it actually has a TON a hidden symbolism in it.

@homie3star Technically Myers was in Halloween 3 (on the TV in the film.) but I loved this one & damn if I only I could direct these films, I would keep them as close to the originals as I could but not F-them up like Zombie did...
