I've never had a problem with MS billing my debit card, I just had one issue that MS didn't want to fix. I sold one of my consoles that I used regularly and I deleted my debit card from my account on both the 360's HDD and online. The kid I sold my 360 to somehow managed to get my information and bill $300 worth of DLC, XBLA, and movies. MS didn't want to refund me, so I got my bank involved.
