How can I add an audio file onto a powerpoint presentation?

It's June 2009, and my GoogleDocs does NOT work like this. (This vid seems to have been made 2 years ago). Example there is NO Document Settings as a submenu of File. It's all changed and this tutorial is no longer relevant. And there's no easy way of finding Document Settings--and NO it's NOT in "Settings". I'm sure this is easy, it's just the TIME I cannot spare. A video like this should be all I need to get going, but it isn't.

Is this a dream come true? I've visualised this proceedure, but no one seems to know about its existence, or is it a well kept secret? Thanks anyway will be viewing this tuturial more regulary.

Very nice to train our volunteers. It would be nice to have the same content with the updated Google Docs interface (with out the tabs).
