Hey, the Food in the Philippines is GREAT... however, most Filipino cuisines or dishes were not showcased in this show... hope Anthony plans for a second trip...

it is really sad that the balot and the goto was ignored, the last part of the show was really good having to show the lechon to him, this keeps me asking why our food is not known internationally

If I had a chance to be with Mr. Bourdain, I will bring him to other places like Bulacan; Baguio; Ilocos;Bacolod (Inasal) and Quezon (Lucban).. There are more culinary experiences from these places...

@xzyza2000 If I would, then i would bring him to Pangasinan and Zambales. these tour guides that showed him the Philippines didn't really show him the satisfying food of the pilipinas!
