Please note that the testimony beginning at 8:48 was made reference to by Obama during his Sept healthcare speech before Congress. He incorrectly stated that the man died because his treatment was rescinded, when in REALITY his sister says that the insurance was reinstated without lapse and he did not die because of the insurance issue.
Whitehouse needs better factchecking.

Why the not-for-profit Government run PUBLIC PLAN is better then the profit-driven PRIVATE PLAN. The Public Plan doesn't have "RESCISSION"
