Nice one Chris, try wrapping plonking some tin foil over the steak when it's cooked, keeps the heat in and you get lots of juice. Was that shot in Thailand?

Aaaah man ...looks perfect!! - I would add a couple of cloves of garlic to those potatoes tho ;)
