Well. they are not meant to be slowed down. Plus, Buckethead has some pretty fucking nice melodic songs, the best probably being Big Sur Moon. He also does that sick tapping, and I don't care if it's melodic or not...it's fucking AMAZING. However, as far as song writing goes, I think Paul has the advantage over Buckethead. Both are some of the best guitar players, though.
