well come to think of it, aren't most colleges the socialist government's slaves? the idea of smoke ban existing there is not surprising. students or professors who smoke might have to end up making new friends w/ each other and create get-togethers b/c the followers can't tolerate them and their so-called "filthy" habit. followers have no brains, that's the moral of the story.
It's still illegal...people still do it... Nothing changed except they took away the ashtrays and now butts litter the ground outside all the buildings.
