I just triedsome tests and seen a little increase in my strength, and I did it to a girl at my house, same results. I also did the standiging on one leg test and seen a difference. I wonder if it is just psycological? Like I expect more strength, so I "attain" more strength? Like for the standing test, my body is getting used to the force downwards of the other persons arms, so when I put on the necklace, my body gets used to the resistance, so its perceived Iam getting stonger?
