@simonrjones: I agree, I always have thought (since the Minnesota usability studies) that Drupal, should have a different admin theme by default. What would be ideal is to have a nice default theme and Garland as admin, I love RootCandy as an admin theme, but I doubt that will ever get into core.

If you don't know how to use it, you either learn or give up, but don't bitch about every one of your own shortcomings.

Please note that Drupal 7 is still a work in progress. More themes will be added before it ships.

I strongly agree with simonrjones. We need a default well-designed admin theme!

Strange that the admin system is themed too. A more sensible approach would be to stick with one well designed admin theme, and have a different one for the main website. Would solve the "Don't know whether I'm on the admin system or my site" issue Leisa had in the first video.
