@Risti2ss it goes a hell of alot deeper than that! there had been a race that their planet was devasted with an asteroid and comets which destroyed not only the surface but all the subterrainean cities they had built. Alot of them escaped via a huge ship, remembering the star path to Earth they ventured here.. while stationary in high orbit of the Earth they seeked out governments to offer them advanced technology in turn that they could live underground, since Earth is similar to theirs'.

hes talking about the actual crop circle, it is supposedly a response to a thing we sent into space on the explorer disk, its in the same format (i think they used some sort of math to code it). the crop circle is in the same format as the information we sent into space with the disc, it describes stuff like our makeup, what we breathe and other stuff like that
