  • You evil bastard!

  • Painfull!

  • thats it kill it kill it nasty cnc mill u

  • I've never seen a cnc tool used like a hammer... very creative. You should have slowed the rotation even more :/

  • aaargh, put some tips in! what is that, like 6 rpm!?

  • you are fired !!!!

  • this guy needs to cut 1 more part and get the fuck out of the trade

  • i've only been machining for 25 years.......if this is the way of the future....i would like to know where this guy went to school... to put a CNC to this much pain....i think that i can use a manual mill and make it suffer a lot less..... just because u use a cnc whith tin coated inserts does not give you the right to abuse the machine U shoud be fired .....unless u are the owner of the CO!!!!!!! putting such a demonstrasion!!!

  • speed that bitch up!

  • Now I know what Hell sounds like.

  • It looks a bit like stainless steel, and then it´s supposed to sound like that, low speed and a high feed, and then you use a different cutter for the finishing work, but sure as hell is hard on the machine

  • that sounded fukin ruff who ever woz working on that piece shud be fukin sacked

  • Waaay interupted cut? how in the HELL could you be runnin' that and not no its all F'ed up? I'm thinkin' this video should be called how NOT to run a mill

  • Holy cow, that doesn't sound healthy.

It's funny, though, that this vid is in the "How To" section.

  • That really does sound horrible the spindle speed is way to low and so is the feed rate and it does look like water he's using as coolant.

  • lol cutting inserts are pricey but cheaper and much easier than replacing bearings and travels....sounds terrible.

  • wonderfull i like it i am also a cnc worker

  • the face mill is obviously missing inserts

  • Yeah, ALL of them.

  • i think the spindle is running backwards

  • lame don't even get to see the part finished.

  • I show this video to the rookies in the shop so they know exactly what the machine is not supposed to sound like!

  • that's what you call machine brutality

  • that tool is hammered

  • Is that .. water?

  • sounds like an interrupted cut with dull inserts and too slow of a spindle rpm

  • Sounds like a single point cutter (or using only 1 insert in a cutting head) going through heat treated H13 material... say hello to premature bearing wear :)

  • Why do you have to ask such stupid quesitons?

  • What kind of cooling is this? Is the tool with interchangeable inserts? What's the RPM and F speed? :)
