What happened to the law enforcement? SWAT teams treating everybody like TERRORISTS?

Even War Veterans wearing their uniforms making the trip to the "DEBATES" and wanting to Exercise their hard won freedom of speach only to be attacked by the POLICE and taken to Jail or the Hospital after being trampled by a Police Horse... that is another weapon.
