My best guess had you somewhere nr Thurston CC! I'm a former pupil, from when it was a plain old Upper School. But I'm now resident in California where I fly a Great Lakes and occasionally a Super D, just getting into competition flying out there. (Plans to see if I can take the Lakes through Sportsman... Talk about a lot of work!) In a year or so I'll move on to a Pitts S2C; am resisting the temptation in order to get a better base with the lower performing planes. binglis@berkeley.edu
Hi David, was that you treating us to a free show yesterday afternoon, somewhere just south of the church in Pakenham? From this and your tumbling video, the sound of the plane and your style would suggest so. You had intermittent smoke on. I'm staying at my father's house on the Fen Rd and had an unobstructed, if distant, view. Nice work!! Encore?
