Streetwise. Altought, worst game in series, but I think it's even good. But I never played older FF games.

You would think it's a good game from the non-moving camera and the stiff animation, let's not forget that YOU CAN'T SEE CAMMY 9/10 OF THE TIME. (Yeah, great job, Capcom of America. Way to kill another series.)
