@SkyWrack Yes, you will be. Just recover your gamertag on your new xbox and I would suggest looking into a data transfer cable first. Also, do your homework before making this decision.

@SkyWrack just copy that stuff to a usb drive and you're fine. either way there's no point getting the slim if you already have a working 360. i'd say wait until yours dies then get the slim (if you aren't under warranty). performance is exactly the same between the two so you aren't really missing out on anything besides a different physical look.
