Wow, I flew from Philadelphia to Heathrow on 11 January 2010, and this is why I did NOT check any baggage in - I used only a carry-on, as I had read about the troubles with lost baggage...I am so glad I was able to go right out to the Tube without having to deal with that mess !!

i was there....luggage arrived 11 days later....so my 10000 euro trip to st. lucia was kinda ruined....im gonna sue British Airways for that!
