  • All politicians think that the public are bigots and plebs. They thought it in Ancient Greece, they thought it in 21st century Britain.

    Nothing ever changes.

  • his mrs lost him the election

  • Beast of Kirkcaldy

  • 1:30 "Is she not allowed to express her views"

= You mean just like Gordon expressed his views. Privately.

  • Brown has been Britain's most profligate, and therefore, worst Chancellor. He is undoubtedly intelligent, but as Carl Sagan would have said, "Being intelligent is no competition for being dead wrong". And I'm glad he was caught saying that, because otherwise we never hear what they truly think.

  • Brown - pshycotic, control freak, with severe personality disorders. Its there for all to see.

  • @bennyronny not a single person in the UK ever voted for this arsehole. He just assumed the job of PM was his and if he had his way the Communist would be there forever.

  • LOL

  • I can't believe that you Brits voted for him in 2007. Thanks to him Basra was a killing zone for terrorists when he ordered the British to leave and he fucked up the country for 3 years with this mass immigration and not letting Geert Wilders(who speaks the truth and thinks logical) in the country and also he is a douchbag who litteraly insults people in hes campain..... BRITS HOW COULD YOU VOTE FOR HIM!!!! lol

  • @bennyronny Because he was behind the minimum wage, and massive improvements in the public sector..you bigoted, ill-informed twat!

  • @bennyronny

Are you talking about Gordon Brown or Tony Blair? Gordon Brown wasn't voted in.

  • @bennyronny Ummm, we didn't...He succeeded Tony Blair.

  • Screw the racially insensitive woman, screw the corrupt government. Viva la revolution!

  • "Uh-I apologise if I've said anything like that."

    I love watching politicians squirm.

  • Normal people can't have opinions and views? It appears that too many people in this country believe that 'they know best'. She was a bigot and Gordon was right in calling her that, she was ignorant and an example of most people in this country and the reason why such bigoted and prejudiced opinions are formed about politicians. If she understood anything about the government perhaps she would not have been so impertinent.

  • That look of Gordon Brown holding his head in his hand, is the precise moment he knew he'd lost the 2010 General Election.

  • Seriously, I don't think we can blame Mr Brown, okay, yes she is a bigot, and yes so are half the country, and if you think other politicians don't "bitch" about people, you are wrong . I feel sorry for the guy, I mean, come on, we've all found ourselves in similar situations, he's only human.

  • doh (hand over head)

as soon as he says she bigoted the microphone is taken off -suspect

that women is an actor - how upset did she get after she found out he called her bigot - not very....oh im really upset i am- she was more irate when she was merely questioning brown earlier

    total fakery from all sides

  • @sparklebucket ermm... are you fully or partially retarded? Gordon hardly got any kudos out of this episode, so who in your grand conspiracy set all this up? Free masons? Jews? the Taliban?

  • Comment removed

  • it was deliberate you fucking idiots - you all love the idea that gordon brown is that thick and incompetant but this was orchestrated behind the scenes by the two parties who are actualy the same party doing the same bad policies but with different methods. this incident was design so to alienate himself from the public and ensure he would not get another term so that the tories could implement banker bonus fast track for all the power brokers (they are different mechanism of the same machine)

  • It was the QUESTION'S fault that he called her a biggot you see plus the fact that he couldnt answer it properly cos of the press.LOL. Bet he went out of there, looked up his ARSE for a bugging device then called Vine a CUNT

  • If she is bigot then so is half the country Gordon. It seems that normal ordinary people can't have views and opinions. Mass immigration is not good for society nor the immigrants themselves as it causes discontent.

Gordon Brown then lies about the whole situation.....typical politician...

  • If she is a bigot then so is half the country Gordon. It seems that normal ordinary people can't have opinions and views .

Mass immigration causes rifts in society and is not good for the country nor the immigrants themselves.

  • @fullonred1

Half the country are bigots, immigration controls are racist.

  • labour assholes .fucked everything up .g brown the worst so called pm ever ,your pal mandelsohn s a great pal ,oh yes ,good judgement again ,by mandelsohn that is

  • @RICHARDTOMLEY10WHARF You're an idiot, listen, stupid people shouldn't be talking politics.

Brown made a totally "human" mistake, it was just unfortunate that he had to make it in front of the bloody media, Cameron would've probably said exactly the same thing, but would've made sure his microphone was turned off first. Give the guy a break... jeeez.

  • @SuperMassiveDementiA you mean only comments you agree with should be made ,freedom of speech ,he doe not understand the common man ,does not appear to listen ,i personally dislike the chap ,having never met him or know personally of him ,its surely wrong, spin spin spin ,the spin did not work for him ,was he incompetent not to notice the mic ??who knows ,maybe another prerequisite for being a successful poitician ,i believe he fails on a few points ,but i suppose hes not a blatant liar or thief

  • i find gordon brown very fuinny

  • Epic Election Fail. 1:09.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • Haha feel sorry for the guy in this actually, trying to running a country and he has to go on talk shows to explain calling an old woman a bigot - who cares less? I really hate this media-oriented environment has to wade through sometimes its really rather ridiculous.

  • @davidbrianfisher I completely agree!

  • Hate to say this guys... but that woman WAS a bigot.

  • @jrockpunk1 I know, you're right! I feel sorry for him, I make mistakes like this all the time, so I can sympathise!

  • Lucky he did not call her a f***ing Cow

  • Epic Facepalm

  • Gordon Bullsh*t Brown

  • Gordon Brown " Our Prime Minister" what a laughing stock we are around the world. If thats what he thinks about his own supporters who question him God help the rest of us who didnt vote Labour.

  • @w5amd Honestly, you can't expect a politician to "like" everyone of his supporters. I'm sure mr Cameron would have a lot worse things to say about many of his. He just wouldn't be unlucky to do it in range of the media. You're an idiot if you don't realise that this is a human mistake. All PR is fake okay, just like you fake to like that bitch at work who you hate, you don't say it to her face, but you damn well think it, and may even say it to other people.

  • Damage control.

  • Britain is fucked side ways ha ha ha. hey cheer up Gordon ur gunna get to see Cameron or Clegg fail n b ripped on.

  • he just makes my blood boil. we need change, yes cameron or clegg might not be perfect but they may be better than Gordon Brown.

  • Just imagine if we could hear what all politicians are saying behind closed doors. What a different world it would be without the ignorance of the masses.

BTW, have you seen the Zeitgeist movies? Google: 'Zeitgeist'. Watch these and you will never see things quite in the same light again.

  • @Truthforfreedom1 : that has got to be the best point made on this discussion, what gordan brown said about that women was stupid, however i wonder how many insulting things nick clegg and cameron have said about the public behind closed doors aswell. gordan brown was just the unlucky one that got caught (imao it would have to be him, i swear he always gets caught doing the most stupid shit).

  • @sam89757 its gordon not gordan

  • @sam89757 I completely agree, it's just a human reaction.

  • @sam89757 Quite prophetic, given Clegg's recent gaffe.

  • This whole affair is ridiculous. Mr Brown hasn't done anything that should make people believe he's any less capable of running the country. Calling that woman a bigot was a private statement in accord with a internal norm and etiquette of talking between the Prime Minister and his assistants. Everyone speaks with a more liberal tone with their closest friends and associates. Making this headline news is just cheap tabloid drama that sells for shock effect. You people disappoint me.

  • the fake smile and darth vader-esque mouthbreather twitch are far more offensive than him calling someone a bigot.

  • bahaha this was epic, this guy never ceases to amaze me,whats he apologising for?saying the woman's a bigot or getting caught?smh at this guy not even being elected by us...

  • at 1.35 he calls Jeremy Vine "Tim" who is actually Jeremy's comedian brother. obviously flustered me thinks.

  • lol this is straight out of the thick of it

  • @Pwnagemerchant haha so true

  • hahaha, what a dick!!!

  • Now you can hear what BROWN thinks of one of his own voters who had the cheek to ask him a non scripted question. This man will not survive as leader of the Labour Party for more than one month after he loses the General Election. We pay the bills he should work for us and not show such utter contempt for the electorate.

  • @keegan773 and that guy to the right of him, sounded like a con man selling 2nd hand cars

  • @blobblob77 lol wtf

  • I think its great, the folk that are voted in to run the country speak their mind, it doesnt happen enough. Moreover what the daft old woman said is just daft, she doesnt get any sympathy, her views (uneducated outdated) are just a reflection of an environment to which she is unhappy with. Stuff Gordon all the same Im voting SNP ha bloody ha.

  • He was finished before this. Its just ridiculous that some sort of idiot like him can become PM. We should never have been put with him in the first place. Who's fault is it?

  • Don't apologise gordz, the old bag was a bigot, stop being so quiet and trying to make everyone happy, grow some and get after it!

  • @GBDazzler she wasn`t a bigot at all you stupid prick

  • @arrghgarry "All those eastern europeans, were are they coming from?", Not bigoted at all, our totally right, back to bed son, back to bed, let the adults deal with this.

  • @GBDazzler It's obvious you don't understand the meaning of the word.

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!! Humiliation!!! He deserves it, the stupid prick.

  • Why are people so surprised he said something like that. What else do you expect.idiots.

  • @tnuont I don`t think people are surprised ,it`s just nice to see these bastards squirm

he is a terrible person, politician .fuck him

  • He's only human.

  • JAMES CORDON??? whats he doin there at 3:51. Ha!

  • dont like labour but he can say what he likes in is private he is also aloud an opinion

  • DAMN IT SUE

  • i never did like that one eyed muthafuka

  • What's black and works?

    Gordon Brown's microphone.

What's gold and won't work next week?

    Gordon Brown's front door key

  • intervined

  • ha the idiot lol

  • Yes you did say it Gordon, you know you did, we're not stupid. - Vote Conservative

  • @jimmyduckegg you are quite stud

    pid for voting conservative

  • @apo482 your calling me stupid when you can't even spell the word, that's your Labour funded education for you. And the funny thing is that I'm 15 and can't vote anyway, yet a 20 year old (credit to your profile) fails at spelling stupid

  • Slug lip Brown knows hes messed up there

  • But I know he's a moron, Gordon is a moron

Gordon is a moron, Gordon is a moron

Here we go, two three four

She is a bitch, he is a puff

    Yeah yeah, it's not fair

    Yeah yeah, it's not fair

    I'm so upset

    Yeah yeah, it's not fair

    Yeah yeah, it's not fair

    Yeah yeah, it's not fair...

  • Always someone elses fault with this guy. never Directly Apologies!

Im blaming myself, but you got to remember this is me being helpful. Wtf.

Neither or less, will it change how people vote.... NO.

  • This gives a massive insight into the real Brown. At first I thought the woman was going to be a mouthy idiot. I then realised that actually she was just a woman with concerns like anyone else. At the end she actually offered her hand to shake his in a genuine way saying "well good luck". For him to then call her a bigot and his patronising arrogant attitude tells you exactly what he thinks of people like this. He is just in it for the votes and couldn`t give a toss about people.

  • What a tit.

  • That's how democratic politicians respect voters.

  • at the end of the day he's just human... I'm a conservative personally, but I do sympathise... I often vent to people if someone annoys me, he just happened to do it on live national TV which was unfortunate beyond measure...

  • 1:14 = Total ownage!

  • lol at 30 seconds ! major fail ! But Labour members love to use the word Bigot, looks like they used it once too often eh, 7 more days befor labour is out & relegated to the 3rd division of British politics

  • ooh conspiracy therories already,

i reckon that nice mr merdock from sky gave gordon the wireless mike saying it would help his campaign....

and Gormlous Gordon thought what a great idea a wireless mike just what i need

  • Historically, the town of Kirkaldy in Fife is famous for two exports: linoleum and Gordon Brown. Clearly, floor coverings are its speciality.

  • Just shows what utter contempt Labour have for working class people's opinions on immigration.

    Vote BNP 2010.

  • hahahahahaha! Loooooser.

  • ..here's a short poem...: "Gordon Brown, caught with his pants down" haha

  • The Frank Spencer of British politics.

  • I know he's a moron...Gordon is a moron...Gordon is a moron....Gordon is a moron..

    Jilted John

  • it is a classic fuck up by a prime minister who seems to be making a habit of it

  • This is stage managed propaganda.

Gordon appears to be falling on his own sword for a greater end.

Are we really meant to believe that at 0:50 in this video, the presenters seamlessly switch to a live show with Jeremy Vine where Gordon "might be talking about this", exactly as he starts to comment on the incident?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the presentation suggests that the radio show was live.

If so, this cannot have been luck and, on the contrary, was carefully planned.

    Cui bono?

  • Hello Gordon.

  • Gillian Duffy, now you know what it feels like to be a member of the Tea Party movement here in the States.

  • globalist crook we dont want your new world order you've talk about multiple time on air

  • I dread to think what Mr Cameron says behind closed doors.... Everyone, even diligent doctors and firemen who have given their lives to a cause say things like this behind closed doors.. I wouldn't read much into this!!

  • My Fav bit is the last Few seconds of Clip! "He certainly might be taking the,,,,,,,,,,,," Plz Fill in your own Conclusion of the Sentence.

  • LOL where the announcer's about to play the tape. You can clearly see him think 'Oh God'.

  • whats that fake doing in rochdale thats a bnp strong hold

  • TAXI FOR GORDON!!!!! Hahahahaaa :D:D

  • danj85, exactly how is gordon brown being dishonest if he was accepting having said what he did; and ill-tempered? i thought he looked pretty calm during that interview for one. and who did he blame there? he accepted full responsibility himself. imagine you were in his situation. we've all said things in private that are kept private for a reason. imagine how you would feel if someone recorded your private conversations and released them to the media...

  • @seanedzZ I would happily have my conversations recorded because I'm not a two face prick, How can someone who can't deal with a perfectly reasoned question be able to run a country, he was shown for what he is, a liar a two faced liar.

  • Christ sake you hypocritical bunch of people.

Have you never said anything about someone behind their back?

  • You've been cuaght, Bullyboy, red-handed. No doubts now about your intolerance. You're a bigot, Brown!

  • he is two faced, sexist and un-electable. I have voted labour all my life but will not be this time.

  • Gordon Brown is a disgrace! He is an unelected Prime Minister who should have gone to the country within 3 months of taking over from Tony Blair. He spews out the same old rhetoric every time he's interviewed. I urge everyone PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS ARROGANT, TWO FACED, BUFFOON. 13 years of war, waste, greed and incompetance it's scandalous!

  • If you listen to what the lady says, she uses the phrase "where are they flocking from" when refering to eastern europeans. The word "flocking" could easily have been misheard as something else and it doesnt take too much imagination to guess. If Gordon thought she had used the "F" word then surly he can be forgiven for saying what he did. Give the guy a break, what do you think Dave Cameron says in private.

  • Labour's contempt even for their own voters runs right the way through.

Do you think Labour peoples' communist pasts, paedo tendencies or treason were bad enough? You take a look at the Reds' bashing of Christianity, cashing in on still-legal drugs and trying to plotting with the Libs to stay in power even if the Tories win!

Even other Lefties hate them for their warmongering!

Click my username to view NEW LABOUR'S TOTALITARIAN ANTI-CHRIST DRUG DEALERS DESERVE AT LEAST POLL DEATH

  • I'd rather be a bigot than the man responsible for economic ruin.

  • Pretty much to be expected really. Just confirms everything we already know.

"this was me being helpful to the broadcasters, with my microphone on.... they have chosen to play my private conversation..."

    FAIL

  • Well done sky!!

leave the mic on the bastard!!!

  • And describes the rest of the party voters as sheep!

  • I feel sorry for Mrs Duffy, she looks like someone who genuinely cares, and I don't think that she is a bigot. I like the fact that she didn't really care that she was on camera even when interviewed afterwards! Not someone seeking attention!

Having said that, I think that media is going to make too much of a fuss about this. Politicians are bound to be a bit hard-nosed and judgmental, and the only difference between Brown and the others is that Brown got caught.

  • i bet when he visited that woman he drew the curtains and got his cheque book and said "how much to shut you up ?" typical politician lying selfish twat hes not even saavy enough to unhook his mic in private what a bellend !!!!!

  • That's my Dad. (3:44 - 3:50) :D

  • I feel sorry for Sue...

  • This man is a lying sc**b*g!!!

He is just another example of the type of weak man who thinks he should be 'king'. He is king of nothing. Has to be the most hated Prime Minister we have ever had the misfortune to have. Having said that; they are all as bad as each other. I despair for our country.

  • Everyone knows Labours attitude towards people who question immigration, so is anyone really surprised about the response of this ignorant, obnoxious, idiot?

  • goodbye gordon.

  • honestly, i really think on a scale of things politicians could do, and politicians have done this is pretty insignificant!

    give the guy a break!!

  • @katesgrrreat Yes, but it confirms the stories we've been told about Gordon: ill-tempered, dishonest, and quick to blame others.

  • @danj85 Do you seriously think none of the other leaders / politicians in general will have said something cross *in private* about some of the ill-informed idiots who accost them during the campaign? It must be horrendous having to stand there while you're talked down by anyone who fancies having a go, and frankly I'm amazed how restrained he was - he was hardly throwing a tantrum, just clearly annoyed. You can see why when the leaders' debate-inspired poll swings show how fickle people are.

  • @youtubifex She didn't seem ill-informed to me. She's a former councillor and deputy mayor, btw. If you watched the whole encounter, it seemed to most commentators to go okay, so Brown's over-reaction suggests he has a problem with anyone who disagrees with him. Cameron has had far worse encounters in the past week or so, with people (including one student) who seemed determined to provoke a reaction but he remained calm throughout.

  • @danj85 Ok she's not the worst, though still dodged between immigration, an undefined group grabbing benefits and any other complaint that popped into her head. However, Brown's main frustration wasn't around someone disagreeing per se, more how our twisted media would inevitably edit the footage - if the story hadn't been overtaken! Cameron's obviously better at smooth talking in public, but he'll have been just as hacked off whenever some random bozo has interrupted a choreographed visit.

  • @youtubifex prick, that random voter is you and me, your mum, my gran, random bozo you idiot that's what everyone of us should be doing, he didn't like it because he has no policies, no real answers, no ideas he should resign for be so disgraceful to his employers.

  • @danj85 You've got to be kidding. It was said in private!! For all we know Eaton boy Cameron scoffs to all his mates in " private' how he is going to screw those fickle uneducated working class suckers, dismantle the NHS, reduce the tax burden for big business & up the VAT !!!

  • Comment removed

  • @youtubifex He runs a democracy, he has to be able to listen to everyones views without dissmissing them as 'bigots'. Personally I think that was the nail in his coffin. He is a mysogynistic/sexist man who immediately blamed 'Sue' for how naff his performance was. It also proved he is two faced, rude and un-electable.

  • @youtubifex

I'm sure other party leaders have muttered an angry word or three in private, but this woman was hardly an "ill-informed idiot" - she raised her points in a reasonable fashion, and I'd hardly describe her as a bigot.

  • @youtubifex The guys a prick who wasn't voted in by the public. he's a liar as you can here and see clearly and the labour Party received only 22% of votes in the last election but still got a majority in parliament due to our crap system, good bye Gordon, good bye labour, fingers crossed that people put Clegg in that would be an actual change at least and no I'm not a liberal before you start, I would just like to see my country decent again, maybe you could leave, that would help.

  • @youtubifex

    Hello Gordon.

  • @youtubifex

What a two-faced narcissistic misanthrope! He's the bleeding Prime Minister of Great Britain for Christ sake and he finds legitimate concerns of immigration held by many Britons as "bigoted" and "annoying".

  • @youtubifex I completely agree. Don't support Labour but you've got to feel sorry for him...

  • @TomPGC Feel sorry for the likes of Bigot Bully Brown? Not a chance! He wouldn't give you the time of day if the tables were turned! Hopefully he has just met his Waterloo and a former Labour Gran unknowingly allowed him to disclose his true colors! I think it is funny and well done!

  • @marieje09 I think the point I'm agreeing with is that all of them must have said this at some point during the election campaign. I feel sorry for him in the sense that it happened to him and only him.

  • @TomPGC I am sure that is true Tom, but, for myself I don't feel sorry for him. He is known as a bully and it looks like he is getting one back on himself and she really had nothing to do with it did she?

  • @youtubifex why on earth are you trying to defend the indefencible, Brown said it and at the end of the day thats all that matters, hes a two faced lying dog whoose past his best and who showed his true character behind what he thought were closed doors!

  • The hand over his face says it all, shame on you Gordon lol

  • So what??? Imagine what David Cameron would say behind people's backs!!!!

  • I thought he was THE JOKER - turns out he's TWOFACE!

  • @MrAnywhatever Terrible Batman reference is Terrible.

  • As soon as they said "We Have the Tape Here", he just sunk into his hands. SERVES YOU FUCKIN' RIGHT! TAKING THE PISS OUT OF A VOTER?? COME ON GORDON YOU AIN'T THAT DUMB ARE YOU?.......WELL

  • OMG! If you needed anymore convincing that gordon brown is a two faced bully then there you go, on radio 2 he has his head in his hands when listening to the tape... the worrying thing is this man is so such a control freak that he wont let go of the power he has, his mind is bend on being priminister and will lie and cheat and steal his way back in... i am not saying any of the other parties are better or worse than labour however gordon brown has to go...people pls get rid of brown

  • She absolutely was a bigot, she singled out the Polish when the issue is just numbers and resources. It was a humiliation to the Polish people

  • @Raybanmonster MATE DID YOU EVEN LISTEN TO THE CONVERSATION THAT HER AND GB HAD?? SHE WAS CHATTIN ON ABOUT A LOAD OF STUFF, ITS NOT AS IF SHE'S SOME FASCIST RACIST!! SHES JUST AN ORDINARY OAP WHO WANTS TO BE ASSURED THAT SHE ISNT PAYING OUT BARE DOUGH!

  • Yeah, Mandelslime, this is a heartfelt apology if ever I've seen one.

  • I thought he was THE JOKER - turns out he's TWOFACE!

  • He said he will write her an apology - I hope he bothers to find out this one's name and how to spell it!

(Ref: letter to mother of dead soldier)

  • I feel sorry for Brown. It's worse than when attention was drawn to him misspelling "apologise" in a letter to a family of a deceased British soldier. I don't think we should make too much of the mistakes of politicians - as though they are supposed to be as infallible as the image they try to convey.

  • @jayjaypen2 - it's the snobbish people in Anstruther and St Andrews encourage such private views. Haughty and intolerant of anyone not considered to reflect well on their position in life. Gordon Brown must appeal to such voters.

  • Haha! Classic, i love seeing him squirm

  • It's the head falling into his hands at 1.08 after he's tried to front it out for the first part of the interview - if gets me every time: genuinely laugh out load funny. The word "Busted" would appear apposite. One's mirth is only tempered by the realisation that this is the guy running the country!

  • @Wikkiter What the f**k is all the fuss about? Jesus, give the guy a break! Who hasn't left a public meeting and muttered rude things in private about people who were in the meeting. That's not two faced, that's just human. He's as entitled to his private opinion as much as anyone. It was a private conversation that has been leaked by some media scumbag, fuck all to do with the issues..

  • @longjonnie "fuck all to do with the issues". Yep, that pretty much describes the rest of the election campaign, so why is it so surprising people are interested in this?

listen to his answers to the woman before he left "schools? yeh we like schools. immigration? yeh we'll do better. jobs? mm jobs are important"......Public sector cuts? "maybe, tough decisions to be made."

that is literally what it has been for 3 weeks, and the public will be no clearer in a weeks time.

  • He could have said a lot worse!!! Poor thing. People are cruel. No one deserves humiliation like this. Bunch of dicks.

  • this really annoys me...so what, that woman should just get over it and so should the media. Politicians do have a responsibility and a certain image to maintain but they are allowed to get angry and let some steam like the rest of us - shows they're human and just as susceptible to everyday emotions. What's interesting is that if it was a man, no-one would care, at least it definitely wouldn't make headline news! Once again I fear we're witnessing a female bias within the media world.
