@xxstrxxnowxx i am a lifeguard, and if you think its an easy job you can go fuck yourself. if someone is in extreme trouble, it can take them 10 seconds to go under, where you can't see them. i've seen my friend go under 2 metres away from my rescue board, but we got her out 5 mins later and resused her. the main point her is that if the lifeguards sucked, why isn't the boy dead then?

technique is wrong, straight arms, your weight has to be over your hands when you to compressions. 30 compressions, 2 breaths
