an even earlier OK punk band..from 1976 worth checking out is Debris...and that was 1976! and they came out of a even earlier band,Victoria Vein and the thunderpunks...and this was Chicksaw OK!!! Debris "one way spit is on youtube and i think footage of the thunderpunks from 74 surfaced.
