  • That awkward moment when Tommy Cooper has better reflexes than you have

  • Carlsberg don't do Karate Classes...but if they did.

  • he was just the best.

  • this guy oozed comedy he just walked on stage and everyone fell about laughing before he said anything that is serious comedy .

  • What I'm trying to say is that this is a master piece of comedy frozen in time from 70,s humor , representing what peoples ideas where of Karate at the time. Great

  • This is great, however I am a Karatiest but it's funny how bye uses all the cliches about Karate when most of them arnt actually true, I guess all this came off the back of a huge no of people starting to practice the art in the 70's, personally I couldn't care for toffee if I could break a brick or not, the art has evolved, so have I

  • Tommys absolut bästa sketch....underbar!!

  • It's about time they did a film about Tommy, but it'd be a hard task to find an actor good enough to play him.

  • @DanRaccoon They are doing a play in the West End.

  • too funny--you gotta have a laugh, and Tommy Cooper was THE BEST

  • sneak up on me loudly FUCKING BRILLIANT!!

  • Taken away form us too early. Still worlds number one and still makes me laugh!!

  • Love the guy God bless him

  • funny? ok, sure. if you say so. at least it was brief.

  • @1johncain If you can't laugh at this guy...better go end it all now.

  • welshman tommy cooper!

  • I want you to sneak up on me....loudly. haha

  • perfect timing..

  • You could train for years but you would never get it unless you had raw talent

His delivery , timing and reactions made him one Britains legendary comics

    Bravo Tommy!!!

  • Who was the interviewer? I want to say I saw him on an episode of "Fawlty Towers."

  • @MaskedMan66 That's right, in Fawlty Towers he played a Colonel with a nervous twitch... Alan Cuthbertson.

  • @guppypartz Thank you!

  • @MaskedMan66 In that episode the Colonel had a wife who was tiny ... and she's standing behind him.. and when the Colonel introduces her, Fawlty and his wife are looking around unable to see her, wondering who he is talking about. Ha.

  • @guppypartz I remember that! Plus, there was another guest whose name happened to be Twitchen (not sure of the spelling, but you get the gag-- and Basil's difficulty in introducing him to the Colonel).

  • 7 men that killed a tiny kunfu master at the same time, also disliked this video...

  • R.I.P Tommy Cooper

  • Zoals gewoonlijk ijzersterk

  • "This hand is a killer (right)"

    Wham!

    "What's the matter?"

"It's the wrong hand, it is this one!"

  • LMAO

    dunno about you guys

but im off to stamp my feet and sing its along way to tipparary.

  • I have it on good authority that that brick was in fact drop-forged titanium, quite possibly the worlds most powerful brick.

  • Did Tommy himself tell you that? :D

  • @fuboystu Right! It was all an optical illusion. In fact his hand dented. It was his 'wrong' hand after all

  • @fuboystu Look a bit closer! As you can see it bends a little bit with his hand! So It's just some rubber bricks. Do you really think that he would hit it with that speed if he won't cut it in two if it was a real brick, or as you say, titanium?

    He will brake his hand.

  • @Xavier0219 break*

  • Haha no, does a brick dent? xD

    probably rubber ;)

  • No man finer or funnier than TOMMY!!!!!

  • Allan Cuthbertson at his best. Although he was brilliant in Fawlty Towers :P

  • absolutely hilarious all he had to do was come out on stage and I would start cracking up before he did anything, real comedy died the night he passed away!

  • Ah, the "interviewer" appears to be none other than the late Allan Cuthbertson. You may remember him playing Colonel Hall in the episode "Gourmet Night" on BBC's "Fawlty Towers".

  • Thanks for the update, I'll add his name to the tags.

  • {daaNet}

Yes Allan was also in 'Carrinton VC' With another Legend 'David Niven'.

  • @daaNet brilliant performance in Fawlty Towers

"waitress...... theirs a hear in my soup"

  • @scottytheboy

COLONEL HALL (Cuthbertson): "Waitress...... there's a hair in my mousse."
