  • I love red wine.

It makes me a little sleepy, however.

  • by just looking at the wine's color, i can tell that it really tastes good... =)

  • Good work! Have you ever tasted "Canaiolo Nero" 100% from Organic Tuscany?

  • all wines are works of art anyone that belittles are anything but wine experts. every wine has its purpose a well made white zin matches well with anything you would match a port with especially blue cheeses in fact in matches better then port because the acidity in the zin will cut through the fat of the cheese......

  • Thanks for your time and effort doing this video! I want to learn about wines and you are able to convey and describe something as intangible as a flavour in a very rich way. I am glad your videos came through when searching for "wine".

  • Nice video! We'll also be running a zinfandel on UNWINED.TV - the open wine show! I should stress, it'll be red zinfandel!

  • white zinfandel from the store is probably 2nd run wine, with sugar n water thats why its so light and probably sweet

  • lol no that was a hilarious comment. hahha =] "enjoy your soda pop"

  • fake :P

  • I bought white Zinfandel Beringer and. My tact bud's didn't mix to well so. Is their any thing i could do to make it taste better.

  • It's amazing how many people get White Zinfandel and Zinfandel confused....sometimes even restaurants get mixed up.

  • @Cheers2Wine thats cause she called Zinfandel, Zinfandel and the other one Zinfandel as well, i dont think she can tell the diffrence between Zinfandel and Zinfandel. Its easy Zinfandel is Zinfandel and ther other one is Zinfandel.

  • who is she to say anything about someone liking the white Zinfandel. "Enjoy your soda pop after that". Yep leave it to export village. I could say that she has enjoyed her BBQ too much, but that would not be nice.

  • @NotToPreach i don't think she was trying to be vindictive with her comment, she was just making a light-hearted jab. there's nothing wrong with liking sweet drinks -- including soda pop. you should hear the way some actual wine snobs go on about how 'terrible and unrefined' white zin is.

  • I have made both a "white" and a red Zin this year. Excellent. Happy drinking.

  • Download the audio from this vid at soundnabber doht cohm.

  • ha! I love the subtle slam on white zin (the ultimate cheese), "soda pop" (snicker sneer).

  • Check out the Wine Lingo of the Day on the ToYourTaste channel for entertaining, illustrated excerpts from real, really ridiculous wine reviews.

  • Zins are my favorite red wines. White Zin tastes like soda mixed with kerosene though, and they're always a little effervescent. I'm not a wine expert but I know good from bad. In reds I like Zin 1st, Chianti 2nd, and Merlot 3rd. Even the economy priced Zins are great; Tuscan Chianti is never cheap where I live; cheap Merlot is not suitable for drinking, it will give you a headache, I use it for cooking; the good Merlots are definately underrated.

  • shes like the perfect example of a complete crazy nut ball that seems normal at first glance

  • it goes great with new york strip steak

  • white zin is a great desert wine imo.

I haven't tried a whole lot of wine.

but i like White zin, chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Maybe its because i haven't tried any good ones...but the Reds are just too dry for me.

  • @cosmosman if you like whites, i'd suggest a Johannesburg Riesling, or Gewurztraminer. Reds, try a Shiraz, or a greek amethystos red.

  • Go drink your soda pop after that! Haha! Perfect. :) Great video.

  • this lady seems a bit crazy

  • Greatly shown the red wines genere and tasting. one can also check out the

  • lavish method of tasting wine. thanx

  • is it cheap?....will it make my poo black?

  • thank u !

  • Would make a nice intro to zinfandel, minus the snooty crack comparing white zin to "soda pop".... very classy. And ironic coming from someone whose first thought for a good food paring is "barbecue"(yee-hah)! Which it looks like she enjoys, alot...."big and bold" indeed...

  • @matonmongo shut up, idiot

  • @matonmongo oh I guess u are too good for bbq? wtf!? yeah the wine u drink probly goes best with a brown bag!! and the dollar menu!

  • يا بعدي

  • Interesting and inspiring! I grew up in France and wine has been a natural ingredience in my life! Take care!!

  • wine people...there's nothing cheesier! I'm very happy with my 10 dollar bottle, thank you!

  • في مقوله تقول ان اهل فرنسا يموتون بعد اعمار طويله

وذلك طبعا بعد اذن الله وامره

والدليل في ذلك انهم يشربون النبيذ الاحمر بصفه يوميه

  • ALLAH LALALALA AHLLAAAA LALALA LA ALAHH

  • WHy don't prolies drink wine?

  • they're all harmful and doesn't have any benefits to the health. stick to your milk, juice and water

  • She says Zinfandel a lot

  • Maybe she should remind that Zinfandel grape is not californian, but from Puglia in Italy. The real name is Primitivo...

  • Thank you for the Closed Caption.. Zinfandel is one of my favorite wine.!

  • I'm a big aficianado when it comes to wine. So listen to me when i say the best way to drink wine is to tilt your head at a 45 degree angle, turn the bottle 180 and hope you dont get it all over your shirt. it works for beer cans and bottles too. Make sure you have a bag of cheetos (for the wine), and a bag of bbq flavored chips to go with the beer. Thats the way to drink this shit!

  • @Rac665 HAHAHAHHAHA marry me!

  • @MistyAngel1990

  • Great Video!

Awards include Best Shiraz at the 2005 National Wine Show and Best Shiraz at the 2002 Victorian Wine Show

  • I love it. I usually drink it before I go to sleep. Oooh, it makes me feel light and fly. haha

  • @TruthNotMedia

    pussy....

  • Lovely video Jane! Zinfandel is a lovely grape. The (Ernst &) Gallo 'Turning Leaves' Zinfandel is delicious and great value for money. It was on sale in Tesco's here in Ireland for €8.47. The consistency is excellent too I've never had a bad one. Although I had a 2001 bottle in '04 and it was absolutely outstanding!

  • Love your videos!

  • I enjoy White Zinfandel more than any other wine. Most other wines are too acidic for my liking.

Does anyone know of a sweet wine that doesn't bite the tongue?

  • so what? she knows what she's talking about.

  • I must say i like that she talks about wine (even though she doesn't have as much knowledge i was hoping for) because i would like to see more people from other parts of the world (USA) to get their eyes more open for wine. I was staying at a nice hotel in the states a couple of years ago, and when ordering wine i had the choice between red or white. THATS IT! i mean DAMN!

Wine is sooo more complex, classy and more tasty with food than that water americans call beer.

  • hey! give some love to the American craft breweries! yes the most popular beers like bud, miller, coors are simply bad tasting water, but their are so many delicious, creative, and exciting beers being made every day by micros!

  • Ok, ill take your word for it. But my guess will be that most americans still stick to their "water". Any beer suggestions btw?

  • well, that depends on what styles you like and where you're at (i'm in PA so i can't speak to mid and western micros, save the big ones). I recommend beers by Brooklyn Brewery for their great lager and brown ale, also check out Brewery Ommegang in NY - they make belgian style ales better than some belgians! their abbey ale is an excellent Dubbel. dogfish head also has some very intersting brews. if you're in PA, check out Troegs. also sierra nevada, rouge, and anchor breweries out West!

  • * disclaimer: most

American beer sucks. I'm Canadian, and I'll even be bold enough to say that Canaidian beers suck too. The best beer I've ever had was in England... dark, robust flavour... it was to die for! (And I'm only 17 lol)

  • Depends on the beer! The USA produces some of the finest beers and ales in the world, that in much the same way as many French Wines are not sold outside France are not known outside the country!

  • She's awesome!

  • She needs to use the words:

    Body

    &

    Structured

Thats how I talk about wine also talk about the soul of the wine wines have a soul you know.

  • you are totally right. I've been working with Wines for 4 years. She has an interesting way of describing them but definitely not a way I can talk to my customers. I just go by quality and Body that's pretty much it.

  • Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel Zinfandel
