I have the vrip with the heat gun. I purchased in 2007. I still have the original o ring and the only thing I had to replace is the screen and the herb. I'm happy with it!

real vaporizing with right temperature let you see only a little bit of steam, maybe 10% like this smoky air here, so dont think this is a good demo.
@BiggSnoopQLB - BiggSnoop - trust me my friend, we are doing low temp vaping here. The reason you don't get thicker vapor from your vaporizer is because it is probably not set up for optimal vapor extraction. We use a very specific airparth that speeds up the air flow which greatly improves the efficiency of the extraction. You can see the herb at the end of this, it is only slightly yellow and not combusted. I've been doing this since 1997 and I can assure you, this is not smoke
@BiggSnoopQLB I have a Vriptech 3.0 and can vouch that this level of vapor density is very much achievable without a scorched or even overly vaporized load. Respectfully, in this case you are incorrect and I encourage you to try a VHW before telling me otherwise.
@MrForsakened - you really think a ceramic filter will keep all the shredded material from falling thru? If so, please link me to that ceramic filter! We've tried glass screens but the holes were always too big and material would fall thru. I really hope your ceramic filter solves this problem
I've been using mine for a few months now and just saw that in all these videos there is a noticable cloud of vapour whereas I see nothing at all coming through mine and it takes me 20+ pulls to get nice and high.
@thecouldhavebeen and if this device LIGHTS the bud, then that means it will BURN creating smoke. although this is essentially better than a regular butane lighter, it's impossible for vapors to be created if it burns. I can't see close enough to know if it is creating vapors or if it's burning. So, how can this be proven?
@thecouldhavebeen - we are vaporizing and not combusting here. Only hot air touches the herbal material, and the plant matter never ignites. When we are done, the plant matter changes to a yellowish color with about 85% of the active ingredient taken out. Just ask the 1000's of Vriptech customers if they are burning anything, other than that, you have to take our word for it.
I smoked thiss same kind of device about 2 years ago in BCMP HQ in van...it was a homemade version I beleive and really reminded me of the Aro-Med but was WAYY more versatile...I cant wait till I get enough money to afford one of these things (which isnt expensive at all, really, considering a volcano is up to $800 after how many years !!!) Really,...this is the way to smoke, it's healthy and works wonders. Its a MUST HAVE for medical patients.
yo anybody who said this is complicated is a noooooob. this thing is unbelievable... if you know about vaporizers those clouds are unprecedented. stonemoney- i checked out the site but i couldnt find the heating wand on it, can you let me know where i can find one?
Sorry if it seems very complicated, I just wanted to point out the features. Basically the wand takes the place of your lighter, it's as simple as that.

How many times do you pull to get nice and high?
