I've seen some interesting stagings of Finta Giardiniera, I was in a production that used a Mafia backdrop but this aspects of this production are just plain weird... I like the garden shop motif, but I'm not sure I understand why Nardo and Belifore are in 18th century period dress and the the remainder of the cast is in modern dress....
