In Australia, we lose almost all of our promising Track and Field juniors. Why?

Little promotion ? No future compared to other sports.

Lousy administration? Athletics Australia appears to be great on rhetoric, little else. Swimming appears to have the right formula.

Poor coaching? This probably is the major factor.

yeah we just turned 17... however me and kane had jumped 2.16m when we were younger, I did it when I was 16 just missed 2.20 in the meet that I jumped 2.16m in. woot for me

that was intense, too see so many kids at that height is crazy, all though it was from every school in australia soo i geuss it makes sense...but dam that was a good high jump competition
