  • whats going on with mikes head

  • Thanks awesome explanation

  • too much talking more doing please

  • Talking leads to understanding. Anyone can DO, but there are some methods that are more efficient than others. How can you know about them unless you talk? These vids are for those who ALREADY do. There are plenty of other "how to" vids, this is philosophy, the deeper issues.

  • GET TO THE POINT ALL READY for god sakes sensei

  • Sifu Jin, were you taught this lesson in the same fashion or form? I sorta doubt it! You have an uncanny way of posing a situation so that everyone can understand it! The generation of WTP (Wing Tsun Practitioner) can be thankful to be able to see you in motion. Keep up the awesome work man. You really rock!

  • thanks for the words of encouragement. peace!

  • where do you train?

  • currently train with Hawkins Cheung (wing chun) and Lars Wallin (BJJ - 15 years under Royce Gracie)

  • Exercise is a Cool tip.

  • thanks!

  • Nice work! This stuff is awesome! I'm a big fan of concentrated info that helps the next generation of practicioners get up to speed! When's the DVD coming out?

  • gah, i'm still working on the website! -_o

  • Ever considered cloning yourself?

  • hehe, now that's a scary thought! -_o

  • I'm waiting for Jin to put all these on a DVD and sell 'em! WC Princicples in Action by Jin Young

Wallet is open! But more importantly my mind is now open.

    Thanx

  • lol..i like the title! =D

  • "But more importantly my mind is now open..."

Another great way to say your "Cup is Empty........*looks at beer mug*["HEY MINES EMPTY!" *goes to refill*]

  • lol..=P

  • Another brilliant video clip Sifi Jin,I love the wrist strengthening exercise,if you have made this video earlier I wouldn't have sprain my weak wrist.Anymore brilliant exercises that can improved my weak wing chun? Can't wait for your next video.Thank you very much Sifi.

  • hope your wrist is getting better, peace!

  • Very interesting! The floor exercise shows how important the triceps are in Wing Chun and also gives you a way to "feel" the shoulders turning off too. The last few seconds of the video helps explain/demonstrate "Forward Intent" as well. Very good lesson, so much more in it than you spoke about.

  • glad you enjoyed it, and you are right, that's why i always say to use my videos as a "reference" that you can always go back to, because each time you may that you get something more out of it than you did before, these videos, although very short, are packed with alot of information and insight if you're willing to dig around and search for it. take care and peace!

  • That's how you keep the shoulders still! My head just exploded. Thanks!

  • yea, this took me many years to figure out, i hope it saves you alot of headache. peace!

  • Good video. I find that focusing on my leg muscles to provide the power in my punches helps me avoid the temptation to rotate my body.

  • if it works for you, then keep doing it! =D

  • This is very helpful, thank you so much, Jin!

  • glad it's helped you out, peace!

  • Great! Awesome principle. Makes a lot of sense. Hey, do you think maybe that fight Ng Mui's disciple, Yim Wing Chun, was in with that prince, was maybe a challenge that started from the "bridge"? Like, similar to the contact that beginners in Jun Fan make when practicing? That would explain a lot about the Wing Chun structure.

  • i really don't know, bro.

  • wow...thats a very simple but awesome exercise. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna throw it into my routine.

  • awesome, let me know how it works for you, peace!

  • Thank's Jin!

Waiting for those kicking videos you got on your list..

    Greetings!

  • trying my best!

  • Very good exercise idea and lesson Jin 5 stars! Thanks.

  • glad you enjoyed it, peace!

  • thanks, thanks, thanks:)

  • no problemo, peace!

  • oh no, one of them is missing a finger. this is no good

  • I said it once, I say it again:

Have a nice day and take care
