This wasnt state propaganda, but a film made by a civilian, but was accepted and produced by Soyuzmultfilm, and so a different feel was give to it. if you want to see a match to disney, search Mashenkas Concert, its very racy, but not for the sake of being racist, but rather making a clear statement
