The guy in the video wears the full leather pantsd and jacket, I at first always rode in T shirt and jeans and shorts in summer, for years, no accidents, but then we seen a guy on sport bike go down in a T-shirt and it was NOT pretty. I immediatly started wearing long pants and a coat, and just got an actual leather jacket last weekend and the pants are ont he way.
Nice vlog! Interesting he is still learning more.. Like I did passed course classes last May 24, 2008. I also saw your other vlog Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Nags Head, NC. By the way I live in Norfolk VA near Chesapeake Bay 5 miles from here. I also planning to go Nags Head NC on July 4th weekend vacation for 4x4 camping every years one hour from my house =)
I took the same class and my wife says i was the same way when learning.he ha sa good sense of humour though and I mean no insult, we were all new at one time.
By the way, runescapeprod I may be planning a ride out to Sturgis in 2009 for bike week. interested?
Yes we are going to sturgis of course... we also plan to go New ocean MD for little sturgis on August. gotta to go.. Im in ferico NC right now. I use my laptop travel lol! goodnight
The motorcycle memory I'm least fond of is the first time some ol' lady pulled out in front of me and I had to hit the brakes. I never armor all'd the seat ever again!
I'll bet Ian was pretty darn dizzy after riding in circles for so long. It's icing on the cake if Ian has a whole lot of facial hair. Chicks dig facial hair!
I'm usually pretty dizzy anyway. Since everything spins to the right for me anyway, I figured I'd do a bunch of right hand circles and try to catch up. lol
ha ha nice video! wild hogs!

Yes. Get that leather on, don't be a lazy "cool" squid wearin a tshirt and shorts...
"I can't do down" - until it happens. then it's a "I wish I had my leathers..."

That's good to hear :)
People shouldn't have to go through the accident before they get the fact that leather helps.
Plus it's not like it's a clown outfit. They look pretty good :)

Great, I'm glad to see you practicing, alot of people don't and that's when they get into trouble.

I applaud this guy.
This is how you are supposed to learn how to ride - go over to the local high school parking lot until you have the basics down.
We've had several young kids killed around here this summer taking turns too quick, etc.

That was great, I remember my early tentative days and am very thankful that they were not caught on tape! Keep up the good work!
