  • @knottyjohnnydirty Extract beers will always be cloudy. An all grain beer with a secondary fermentation will be much clearer. Regardless of what you brew, a secondary fermentation will clear out most of the chunky debris (yeast clumps)

  • So you're saying that if that is not actually pilsner in the carboy, then the method he is trying to demonstrate is inadequate? What difference does it make? Hey, guess what barn?
