@GuitarDestroyer77777 Greetings back to you Wudang Warrior. While a lot of the maneuvers can be used in combat, it has largely evolved into a dance. The ancient weapon, called the nifo oti, meaning tooth of death, was essentially a blade with a hook on top of it. Several centuries later in the mid 20th century in Samoa, a man put fire on both ends and it became the phenomenon we now know as the Fire Knife Dance.

He's twirling no baton. That is a nifo oti, a weapon, and it is very heavy.
