  • @Cornello

Dude! Thats not true.. How can you get a

perfect shape with out doing some work here?

thats a total scam.. Let me suggest you ts

    AmazingAbs.info

My friend recommended me this few months

ago and until now, I still maintain my figure.

    This is no joke dude!

  • mageofthemoon I enjoyed your comment. LOL

  • do you guys have an ab exercise routine?

  • I'm not trying to brag but I do 100-120 of these in 1 rep and I do feel the burn but not that much. Am I doing them wrong?

  • @kingjoker510 yeah you must be, and it's "100-120 reps in 1 set" mate

  • When I do this I feel it in my upper abs. Is that where I should be feel it?

  • I just found out i was doing them to fast and now i know by lifting ur legs like that it makes it harder thx for videos now i can do this properly

  • @bluetube147 fuck off jew

  • @belialLiar You fuck off you red neck cunt face

did you run out of dick cerial this morning that y u cranky?

  • I'm a fat loser and enjoyed this video.

  • steroid rules

  • much tougher than you're average sit up, might include this to my routine.

As people are mentioning, diet is more important for losing weight. Don't try doing a 1000 sit ups a day then eating the wrong foods and drink!

  • Abs come to life!

  • Just wondering. Are doing 20-30 of these good for a work out? or are they best done as part of a routine? and if they are, could you please help provide me with that routine? thanks.

  • u guys r awsome i got a flatter stomach in 4 days doing ur workouts and yes i luv to eat cake alot!! thanx so much for keeping it simple an extremely effective!

  • when you see a girl doing this, fuck her!!!

  • wasnt that girl doin by turning side to side n that dumbhead trainer says dont turn side to side but go straight up

  • @sabertooth7777

I think what the guy said not to do is go straight from one side to the other, but the girl went down first and then up to a side, not straight from on side to another.

  • Now that makes a lot of sense.... I don't think I had my form right. HA awesome

  • I get very suspicious of informercials that markets a specific abs workout that doesn't involve crunches. Me personally, when I do my abs workouts. I do literally everything. From bicycle crunches to running to aerobics to sit ups etc. Call me old school. But nowadays, people want instant gratification when it comes to muscular development. Without the vigor and pain of a particular workout. Most people want it easy. quick, and as painless as possible. It's like they say. No pain, no gain.

  • @HarveyRex23 what makes u think this is painless? try it urself all the big muscle super ripped guys do this excercise too! look at the other vids this is very effective for ur obliques and lower abs!!

  • @JUSTBTWNUS1 Actually, my previous comments wasn't in reference to this video. I was just making a general statement that most of the informercials that involves exercises that doesn't require some level of difficulties. Is to me. An easy and quicker way to en quote grow strength, endurance, muscles, and lose weight. Even though most of the time, that's not the case. That's all. As far as this particular video goes. Of course what Sarah is performing is very difficult and challenging.

  • @JUSTBTWNUS1 I happen to think Bicycle crunches are one of the most effective ways to build and harden abdominal muscles. And strengthening obliques. I perform them at least 4 days a week. Plus the Russian twists w/ a 10 lb medicine ball to more traditional crunches. But I heard aerobic exercises such as running & walking are more effective ways of getting rid of lower abdominal belly fat and other troubled spot "love handle" areas.

  • this video great..!

  • don't get abs by doing any specific abdominal exercises (spot fat reduction using specific exercises is a myth)... you do it by lowering your body fat percentage by doing cardio, eating right and developing ALL the major muscle groups so they burn fat.

<--- I have a video in my channel for whoever wants to develop abs. Seriously, if you are trying to get abs (or just get a flat stomach), you should watch it. It will definitely save you from some misconceptions.

  • @JGreen321 ab work outs are still good though

  • how many times do i do this exercise workout ?

  • was i the only one who paused it for a bit at 1:41?

  • does it really work like promised?

  • do you guys think they had sex after?

  • nice...

  • ive done alot of workouts in my life , i dont see how i passed this one but it works fast, anyone wanting 6 pack abs should definately throw this in there routine,or the hell with the routine just do a bunch of these lol

  • How do you *not* put tension on your neck if you keep your hands on your temples? I do these all the time with my hands supporting my neck, and there sure is no tension then;-) It's not like you are going to pull your neck forward, either!

  • message me back please/ can you find out how many times you need to do this in a workout? once twice or three times?

  • like how much time it will take to lose like 10 Killograms?

  • ok im gonna start today and post a comment on about a weeks time.

  • Is 30 reps 30 times? I usually do 50+ but that's because i've been doing these for a while.

  • Your a fucking freak

  • i think it's too bad for the body to do the same workout everyday with high intensity

your body needs to recuperate the tissues and let it heal

going too much pain is a bad idea

  • yh this hurts real bad i went sort of over board though but totally worth it i got the abs i dreamed of lol yh

  • guys, you don't need to be slim to gain your abs,cos all you have to do is d workouts like these with your bes5t intensity, not your half intensity.bet intensity at 20 min i better than half intensity for one hour. happy working out!

  • technically, you could do just 10 reps....so long as you do them super slowly....and really crunch in tightly....and it's more effective than doing 40 normal-paced reps.

  • if you do it right.. this one hurts real well

  • Very true. I'm trying to get better abs by this weekend and I'm doing at least 200 of these a day. Hurts like hell.

  • Can Somebody Tell Me How Many Sets? I Do About 30-40 Reps And 5 to 8 Sets Every Other Day, Do I Have To Do More, Less???

  • ok first off 30-40 reps is way too many... put in 20 reps a set but focus on the extreme ab crunch throughout the whole excercise... not just at the top of the crunch but bottom and middle aswell.. so do 3 sets of 20 bycycle, 3 sets 20 medicine ball crunch, and so on ... hope that helps

  • Lol im going to do like 50 reps every 20 min for like 2 hours.

but ima streach for like 3mins

  • how many sets a day?

  • 24-30 reps, but how many sets? One? Cause if it is Im starting this exercise now

  • Love the info... very informative and bicycle crunches are awesome... i just started an ab circuit similar to this over at vastmuscle (.com) and I've see great results

  • this burns so much i watched the video and then tried it now im sore haha

  • Does doesn't it! ;-)

  • If this work out hurts you back they saiy the ball is a better work out for you

  • lol I just tested this. this requires a lot of left brain - right brain training to get used to.

  • yea, maybe if you're retarded...

  • @MRIamJOB

Keep your back straight, don't arch them. If it's just a sore feeling, then it's sore(muscle growth); if it's consistent and somewhat sharp, take a break. Focus on keeping your back straight.

  • does anyone get back problems when they do any form of crunches?

    if so, can anyone help?

  • i did 200 of these in one sitting, and now my abs are so big that they have their own orbit. Beat that arnie.

  • only chuck norris's have thier own orbit.

  • You forgot about Chuck Norris's abs abs, hey have their own orbit too.

  • you both are wrong. ONLY "BRUCE LEE" HAS ORBITAL AB'S.

  • i can do more than you ha!

  • thanks!

  • Hmm well ill give em ago...anything to break up the monotony of straight sit-ups lol

  • we call em cockroaches in p.e.

  • can anybody of size do these?

  • what do you mean of size?

    a fat person?

  • how many calories are burned in 30 reps of these?

  • my guess would be about 10.

  • If you combine it with crunches and do it with weights less than 20 reps you'll burn more than 800 calories...

  • i'm gonna do some of those then i'll let you how good it is

  • damn that girl is bangin :D

  • yep :D ...lol

  • yeah but you dont get abs with drinking beer , do you?

  • @16cinderella16 you dont need abs if the opposite sex has had some beers too though ;-)

  • @16cinderella16 You get one giant ab called a gut by doing that :P

  • it's so much easier to drink a beer

  • Oh goodness these can be pretty brutal if you do alot of them for sure! Good video you guys know what your doing! Toe Touches are not quite as brutal, but if you do enough of them they will get to you lol Watch it Crunch time With Jeff!

  • The proper name for this exercise is Dead-bugs o.k. gosh.

  • actually it is called the bicycle crunch :D

  • this exercise really works!! :)

  • how much is too much reps for sit ups

  • none. do them slower, if you dont feel them working and having trouble doing too many its cause your going way too fast. make it take 5 seconds to go down to the rest point.

  • Hey guys I love your channel, and a fitness expert I am, I just want to clarify that doing ab exercises, does NOT burn fat, it simply just strengthens your core muscles.

  • thanks for posting this video, its help a lot, Long lives and God bless!!!

  • I just wanted to let you guys know, that I made this seperate name just for your videos. I plan on losing a lot of weight for my New Years wish, and I hope you guys can help!!!

Thanks, and you'll be hearing from me again!

  • So cool! Thanks :) We'll be having plenty of new years resolution videos to help you keep on track too! :) Thanks again!

  • i hope this one will work

  • I had to do these a lot when I took karate a few years ago. They really worked :)

  • These are great if you are doing them properly, very nice video...

  • If you guys have been following this blog like I have, you will find that the photoshop pic was a segment she had done a while ago regarding celebrity photos in magazines. She was merely explaining that photos were cropped so that, we, normal people would not starve, extreme diet, or whatever it takes, to look like those celebs. Just my thoughts (:

  • thanks for the tips! Now I just need a video on how to make my fat ass put down the chips and pizza.

  • LMAO, I haven't found for that one yet. If you find it before I do, make sure you send it to me.

  • and THAT is the trick of it all isnt it? hahahaha if it was only about doing sit-ups etc we'd all be spartans.

  • I think she's pretty darned hot without the photoshopping.

  • Show what it looks like the wrong way.

  • These HURT if you're using good form. Awesome exercise.

  • I do notice I rock, but it still hurts like hell doing it for a minute straight!

Gonna focus on form this time

    Catchy title lol

  • Doing a couple of these a day will get me a six pack in no time. Thanks for the videos they really help out a lot.

  • I find it funny, i started doing those specific crunches just on Monday and I'm sore as can be but their extremely effective

  • What's funny is that you talked about photoshopping and how it's not a very "honest" way to advertise and yet, in the very last portion of this video where it says "subscribe" you use the photoshopped picture.

yes, it's prettier-stereotypically but not naturally.

please, take no offense but I'm sensing a bit of hypocrisy.

  • I was thinking the exact same thing...Hypocrit!!!

  • Yes, I know... but it's the only professional photo we have and I'm not exactly about to put up an "unshopped" picture in a bikini... you would do the same I bet if you had a picture that gave you a near perfect body. It's hard not to love the picture, but our fans know it's not real and I know I'll never look like that even if I lost 10 or 20 lbs.

  • I didn't mean to sound rude or anything like that. I was just pointing out that fact. I personally thought it was a great picture both before and after.

  • thanks for the honesty about the photoshopped picture. of course we fans know its fake! so people who have a problem with it need to lighten up and agree that they would also use one if they had it! again great vid by diethealth! :]

  • I don't understand why you couldn't put an "unshopped" picture in a bikini. You have an amazing body! I honestly thing you look better naturally. The photo shopped picture looks disproportionate. I hope you get another professional photo and use that one, because frankly, I think it is a little hypocritical too.

  • I was taught to do shoulder to knee not elbow to knee, I think it forces you to twist more and it makes me do a better crunch :)

  • Hmm... never heard that one. I was taught elbow to knee... But I'm one of those people that rocks, lol. Gotta do it right!

  • Yup, I was told to think about shoulder to knee, too...

  • THanks for sharing! I love knowing this stuff because I hate doing anything that's not worth my time. What is the most effective butt lifting move?

  • free weight squat, dead lift and lunge. these are great exercises to tone ur but up!

  • thank you!!!!! <3
