@MRIHATEHIPSTERS It should. This mode was "Deathmatch." The mode Quake was famous for. Not only that, these 2 games are in the same genre of game, and the first unreal games came out after Quake made a huge splash. :)

@trippalhealicks Ah the clasic quake and unreal tournament series. The 2 founders of FPS multyplayer. you could almost say that they where rival brothers. Dam I played so much unreal tournament whit my fatehr when i was little. I grew up whit that game!!!

@CataclysmicDoomz AKA: "The good ol' days". It's rather sad that games have seemingly completely abandoned this style, and there's doesn't seem to be a chance they'll return. My younger days were filled with FPS and I was born in the fires of straight-up deathmatch and capture the flag matches. As much as I loved these, I definitely don't DISagree with the direction of current FPS, but I'd still like to see games like UT3 thrive among all the Call of Duties and Battlefields.

@trippalhealicks Your right I love the old days when you could run to the enemies strong hold and then haul ass with there flag or what have you. Today's games even though I like the Call of Duties... zombies mode. All these game do is just shoot and that's it. What ever happened to the Quake Arena's and Unreal Tournaments? Now those were some go games... Yo hold me down while I go and get there flag son. You know good old FRS games.

@trippalhealicks there's still a few. halo is a good example. it's somewhat more complex but still a really good balance of skill v skill. now games such as Battlefield 3 require a little more critical thinking. i think both are great!

Does this game have a campaign ( a good one)? Saw it at gamestop for like ten bucks, was gonna buy it, but it didnt have the game bopx cover, just a name and a gamestop logo on it.

@Uilliam93 Yes it has a campaign, but even the UT vets roll their eyes at the storyline. It's still decent for learning the maps and how to play, though. Once you got the hang of the campaign, I'd just abandon it and go to Instant Action and just play on your favorite maps.

I've put in about 350 hours into this game. The first 30 hours, you are pretty much exploring the 40 maps, 10 or so vehicles, and a crapload of weapons.The next 220 hours is learning how to master the game.

@AQWoy there are plenty of people playing it its only 10 bucks for the game since it was made a few years back, its pretty decent. i would give it a 7 or 8 since newer games are coming out. However, downloading time and patches for maps, takes FOREVER...... seriously i was trying to join up a game for some other maps and the download was around 40 minute download.

quality is poor dude, and are u using keyboard and mouse - coz it seems slow? the lift kill u have at 1:30 odd was nice - no back fire - u dont need to run towards people when u have a rocket laucher
