@TonyTheSamurai It means that good people need to be proactive in fighting injustice. Where you see wrong DO something about it. The philosophy is that "good people" are actually aiding "evil" when they turn a blind eye to wrongdoing.
Very simlar to the saying "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". It's one thing to believe in "good" and to abstain from "evil" yourself, but it's another to actually do something to stop evil or help others.
