I read an ad online about these and they were said to be silent, although I appreciate that any outrunner motors would never be THAT quiet. But hey, I suppose if someone wants absolute silence in flight, they'd buy a balloon!
That's not really the point. They never claimed silence. These vehicles are very useful for inspection and silence make very little difference. However, they are relatively quiet.
