@azianberry corn starch is the white powder. Filmed in Vietnam. This is the veg Hong Kong & South China version of Singapore noodles.

that white powder is msg ie monosodium glutamate. it makes your throat dry n thirsty after the meal. your hair will fall off next. chinese tea will take care of the first problem tho.

It is called Vegetarian Seasoning Mix - it is common in Asia and Eastern Europe, but hard to find in the US. Try a specialty Asian store.
