He makes a couple of bizarre mistakes in this. Genocides occurred long before the beginning of the 20th century and are not a "new invention". Also the Nazi's DID want to wipe out homosexuals and gypsies, and managed this in some countries (something they never actually managed with Jews). These seem to be silly mistakes coming from a guy lecturing on the Holocaust.

I really enjoyed and appreciated your lecture, professor. I am a Taiwanese, luckily doing without any holocuaust so far. But most of my favorite modern novelists are Jewish and from them I read 'fear.'
