i was in a similar situation and i wanted to find my birth mother too up until the point where she actually found me via facebook, and i realised that i didnt need to meet up with her at all because my step mother is everything i could want for a mum.

but if you load on water u just need to make sure u dont gain weight but dont lose so much weight so that you'll get an advantage the next week , you dont get stripped of immunity as well, even if you lost 0.1 :)

it is not 100% that black would have won because there weight loss was from the very first day not last week. so they could have even loaded on water because that would be very smart thing to do in game play.
