Shaun Ryder has been through a ton of drugs and though his performance isn't stellar, you're watching a legend....he introduced E to Madchester...Happy Monday's and Black Grape produced hits...America probably will never know...
Big Up for Rowenta on vocals. Still great voice and great presence on stage!
Never forget That night in Manchester, Festival Cities in The Parkin memoriam of Martin Hannet...The Monday's full power on! ...plus 808 State, The Fall...back in 91!
haha I was at this performance! HE WAS SO OUT OF IT!!! It was still incredibly amazing and EPIC to watch. btw, I missed my only opportunity to see Tony Wilson alive because I came to this set RIGHT AFTER he left the stage! :(
that's a shame, it was really something to see him up on stage. i took video of his introduction of the 'Mondays, it's in my Videos if you'd like to see it.
Bez was not there...to kick the ass of shaun ryder...to help to dance & rise with the rythmn... look at Shaun ...with his hands in his pocket... whatever the man is born with his hands in the pockets... but it s always good to see them back...
why the hell is that XYZ on bass guitar playing difrent pattern !?!?!?! wtf, first thing about that song I can think of is the original catchy bass tune... :(
trust me, the only thing original about this song/their entire presence at Coachella was Shaun Ryder. and even then, he wasn't completely there [but then again, when is he].
this is why I wouldn't like to attend any of their concert. P&T&B was my first CD I ever bought for my money and I'll leave it there... Shaun Ryder aka fallen hero... drugs are not made for everybody :-)))
this guy's stuck. totally stuck. it's taking about all his effort to just stand there
