  • i still have a flip phone

  • who was phone?

  • i mean, seriously the point of sports is to entertain the fans, think of them as actors in a movie. but penalizing them for 'doing their job' and providing entertainment just takes all the fun away from the games.

  • A touchdown dance is fine but leave the scripted b.s. to pro wrestling.

  • ijust think its so fantastic how the comentators were laughing in the begininng and at the end their like yeah thats unprofecinal, you know what grow a pair and fucking stand up to the reffs

  • Joe Horn: Put me through to commissioner Tagliabue.

    Commish: Ya, this is Paul.

Joe Horn: Fuck your new rules.

  • When was this? Awesome!

  • classic this guy deserves a damn bonusss

  • NFL=NO Fun League that was cool The NFL and whatever carrier that was should have made it a commercial

  • NO FUN LEAGUE! cant celebrate, cant hit hard and the kickoff is closer. smh. soccer anyone?

  • Comment removed

  • The G.O.A.T of celebrations!!!!!!!!!!

  • Those announcers need to get the dicks outta their asses, he's just having some fan, damn.

  • Ya know, I just don't understand why Goodell has the run the NFL military. I mean, damn, how many opportunities do players get to score. And it's not like he mooned the audience like Randy Moss. So wtf?

  • Oh come on, NFL, he called his sons. That's just nice. Haha.

  • what every happened to joe horn?

  • thumbs up if searching for this brought you to the 911 call

  • who cares if they do a Td dance? let the guys have some fun... jesus it's just a game...

    Worst rule in sports

  • let them have some fun, it's their fricken job for christs sake

  • crazy swagger

  • Celebration flags are dumb... let them have there fun!! the only reasons they have rules against it is cause the rule makers and refs are jealous..

  • he's being fined for something that has no connection with safety. isn't that what the rules r all about? obviously bs

  • I don't get those gay rules where a man can't celebrate like an animal. Come on, who is he hurting?

  • are you serious? a flag? This is just a bit of fun and the league squash it...

  • title should be "Joe Horn touchdown CELL-ebration"

  • I wonder what Joe Horn was saying anyway..."look at me, yo, I'm in da endzone, bout to get a flag tho"

  • @zachmasterzach shut yo lame ass up

  • The $30,000 fine was worth it

  • id prefer to see a real touchdown dance, gettin sick of these nigger showoffs

  • @beatlesto lol watch another video then dumbass there are plenty

  • @beatlesto LMAO You mad little kid? typing nigger proves nothing say it in person

  • Comment removed

  • fuck the refes they bullshit

  • lol at these old white douchebag announcers

  • Mike Patrick and Paul McGuire are douchebags.

  • oh.. i love the saints

  • Best celebration i ever seen.............you had too really think hard about this one.

  • Im not even a saints fan and think this is bogus. Another reason why the NFL has become the No Fun League. Let the guys have some fun, seriously.

  • @goblin2055 The NFL recently has also become the National Flag League also with these questionable new rules that are supposed to "protect" the players. Back in the day when I was a kid, big hits were what everyone wanted to see, and now we are deprived of this by Roger Goodell and his bullshit rules that fine players for making good plays on defense.

  • @pannono Exactly. they are fining players for actually playing football. football is about big hits, hence the helmets and padding. they already have enough protection with those, how much more do they need. what does he want defenders to do, let offensive guys walk into the endzone?

  • I understand that you cant let players go overboard with celebrations in respect to the other teams, but let a man freely celebrate his score for fuck sakes.

  • @goblin2055 I agree with you. It's a bogus call and they need to let the guys have fun. It's not like that T.O. or Joe Horn were taunting the crowd or other sideline with their TD celebrations.

  • omfg, no sportsmanship my ass, these things are for fun, td celebrations are funny, and kind of a funny way to tease the other team and their fans... if you are offended by this, you need to get a bit of kid in you. Football is a game. I think they should let up on the TD dances, its a great way of being entertaining, and people can remember you for it. Its not that bad, i mean he's not swearing right to the fans faces like "hey a**holes, i scored a tounchdown, so go suck one!"

  • fuck unsportsmanlke conduct

  • not to be racist but its always white announcers being boring saying thats unsportsman like im like dam do white ppl have a sense of humor seriously have fun lighting up dam

  • i wonder how many saints hop ons after they won the superbowl know who joe horn was or how many saint fans was fans back then

  • smh the dam No Fun League let em have fun dam im a diehard football fan specficly eagles fan i know if desean jackson could he would do what t.o chad johnson joe horn used to do they used to have fun

idk bout u but i watch sports for entertainment too and if im paying and im at the game for as much as them tickets and stuff cost

  • They need to some of The Longest Yard shit and hit the ref with the ball. Dumbass Refs, suck a dick

  • Joe Horn was a beast!!!

  • Dear NFL,

U can't add rules in the middle of the season sorry u got outsmarted by an NFL prima donna but just wait till the season over to take the fun away

  • what a stud

  • hahahahah nice

  • I bet you there were some folks on the Giants sideline who couldnt help but grin when they saw him pull that phone out.

  • NFL commissioners have taken enjoyment out of the game and turned players into emotion-less robots. No wonder TV ratings are suffering.

  • So classic!

  • I can't believe it. He actually called me. "He was like did you see that", and "I was damn son" then I was like "aren't you in a game"

  • The giants defense didn't like this.

  • I agree with being a good sport an all but at the end of the day people watch football for entertainment. The celebrations used to be so good and i miss em!!

  • the commentators are so gay......"I'll tell you right now I don't like it..." grow some nuts lol

  • The NFL would be more popular if they weren't so hard on these celebrations. I don't like if a players taunts another player directly, but if they are celebrating by themselves or with a teammate or teammates, let em have fun. Its a "GAME" it's called a "GAME" Let the guys have fun

  • I wish the NFL encouraged this stuff and didn't ban it. I'd watch more games.

  • if i ever made into the NFL and scored a touchdown, id totally facetime Roger Goodell

  • This celebration has its place. It was funny now but these sorts of celebrations couldnt last very long without ruining the integrity of the game and sportsmanship in general. It was funny ill admit but im glad the rule was put into place after this. If they didnt put this rule in than sooner or later you would have a whole acrobatics crew waiting in the endzone with a fog machine and a lazer light show every time someone scored.

  • Joe Horn was calling me during the TD

  • hope he didnt have t-mobile connection.

  • I wonder how much my singed Joe Horn football would be?

  • nfl, the no fun league

  • lol stupid No Fun League hahah I loved it! And I loved the Jets Air plane celebration too. CELEBRATIONS FTW!

  • what would have happened if he scored in the other endzone?

  • @zach7118 he had a phone posted at both endzones. Lol.

  • the annocers our such bone heads

  • The fine is why he retired.

  • Love the TD Celebrations But I hate The New Rule

    NFL= No Fun League

  • i wounder who he called? lol

  • @420brandyn he called his sons to tell him he scored a touchdown. seriously

  • @420brandyn

According to Wikipedia, he called his sons.

  • @sageofsuccess they answerd the phone pretty quick then lol

  • i dont see what is so unsportman like about it

he got a td n he's just celebrating

it makes the game more fun

  • well we know what nlf stands for now no fun league

  • Jealous announcers.

  • u can do what u want in soccer some guy brought his lab top out and made a fb status that he scored a goal

  • So what if the NFL doesn't allow celebrations? These players are professional athletes that get paid millions for what they do.They don't need objects like cell phones to celebrate a touchdown. Like Vince Lombardi always said "Don't celebrate when you score a touchdown. Act like you've been there before"

  • I think it's fucking stupid that the NFL doesn't allow celebrations any more. You earn the TD, you have the right to celebrate. If I were a player in the NFL, I would do all kinds of celebrations just to give them hell.

  • very funny- stupid rules now a days we want funny celebrations!

  • lol i gotta admit, I understand why the rule was put in place..because eventually either T.O. or Ocho would have somehow brought a tank into the stadium to stand upon it with the USA flag but still..this was a clever, clever celebration that Horn shouldn't have been flagged for.

  • Wow, i hate announcers so much..

  • You can all thank that crybaby Dennis Green for creating the no touchdown celebration rule.

  • :25 Theisman is laughing about this celebration and at :55 he's glad it's a foul. Tool.

  • Hahaha I remember this, finally someone one-upped TO

  • Fuck the haters. This was an extremely classy celebration compared to most in the NFL at the time. He did everything very quickly, he didn't dance to mock the other team, and it was original.

  • we will probably never see this again .. i miss those days thanks joe, deuce and the rest of the early 2000s saints.

  • Fans go to games to see crazy shit in the game. They want to see what great players do. If you watch soccer their celebration is even more crazy, so i think the NFL should let players do their thing.

  • Joe Horn made the most expensive phone call ever.

  • You this is the NFL, meaning pro football. It was after the play, didn't harm or affect anyone else on the field, and didn't damage anything. Fans pump millions into the league and pay that good money to see this stuff for this kinda of entertainment. Bullshit call and bullshit rules! Players could start hiring pyrotechnicians and sky writers for all I'd care and maybe that would stick it to all the fun haters!

  • STFU, Theismann and McGuire! Asshole...one second you hear them saying how funny it is and the next, their slamming him...neither one is even on any networks calling games now Thank God!

  • To quote Boondocks: "Them boys (commentators) can eat a DICK!"

  • at the end i hate how they bitching about sports man ship,,,,it makes the game entertaning to watch and it is just funny to see good vid

  • $30,000? if goodell was commish at the time he would have probably suspended him. that's just me and that was a awesome celebration!

  • AARON BROOKS WAS AND IS STILL THE BEST QB THE SAINTS EVER HAD!!

  • @Uknowthazrightnigga If this was true he's still be in football. No team has ever expressed any interest in Aaron Brooks after Shaun Payton told him to pack his shit. You must be as dumb as Aaron Brooks.

  • @Uknowthazrightnigga aaron brooks is a basketball player.

  • tootin' his own horn a bit too much...

  • I was at that game!!!!! hahaha Horn that was awesome

  • this is efffing amazing dude

  • lol he's my coach now...best that ever done iT!!!

  • I was at this game

  • WTF did I write? ok negate what I said cause the second part wasn't meant against Horns celebration. Horn actually was calling his son who he promised to call him cause he couldn't watch the game.

I'm against self promoters who just do BS to get famous and who act like dicks to their teammates like TO and Johnson(change your name bitch).

  • go saints

  • I love Joe Horn but, there is a point where the celebration takes away from the actual game.

  • 12. Owens(mocking Belichik & Pats videotaping)

  • $30,000 dollar fine but you have to admit it was a classic celebration. Thank you Joe Horn.

  • @TurdFurggison ask all replies. Best illegal celebration: 1. Joe Horn(cell phone) 2. Owens(sharpie) 3. Chad Ochocinco(using the pylon as a golf club) 4. Steve Smith (swimsuit pose) 5. Randy Moss (moon) 7. Ochocinco (giving CPR to the ball) 8. Owens using the ball as a pillow 9. Ochocinco (marriage proposal) 10. Steve Smith (snow angel celebration) 11. Steve Smith (cradling ball like baby celebration)

  • iam glad paul maguire and joe theisman aint announcing no more

  • that was hilarious

  • You can't celebrate in football now. thats a rule? his job is to catch a ball, i dont care if he scores and has a ten minute tea party in the endzone

  • theisman is such a douche

  • @MillerChills actually all three anouncers are.

  • the announcers are such hypocrites. they laugh about it then they wanna say it was stupid.

  • I thought this was hilarious! Screw the NFL on TD celebrations.

  • i know this dude and he told me he called his son

  • i know joe horn and he told me he called his son

  • lol, I still remember watching this game.

  • joe horn is a beast!!!

  • lol, that must have been totally worth the penalty

  • Prop comic celebrations? C'mon we don't really need carrot top wannabe's in the end zone. It doesn't make the game more exciting and isn't creative. You don't do something off the wall and automatically get credited with being creative.

  • whats so bad about that

  • the only people that constantly bitch about this are 60 year old men, its a modern age, stuff like this is good for the game

  • I think this was a great idea by Joe Horn; I thought the celebration was very funny and I remember watching it the next morning. However, I agree with the officials on the unsportsmanlike.

  • PRICELESS!

  • Thats just a good idea I love it

  • ahh the good ol days....

  • Ew Aaaron Brooks.

  • look, there is a fine line between being creative and unsportsmanlike conduct. That was just creative, and the NFL needs to give some more room for celebration. Now the Bucking Bronco, thats just too far........

  • Who was the QB that mocks this celebration a few week later, pretending to go get a cell phone then was like no way?

  • he called me

  • this celebration was great. great job joe horn i saw it live it was so funny

  • guess he's trying to call god

  • he said in an internview he was calling his son

  • Comment removed

  • no he's not

  • I recall that it was probably the most expensive phone call ever made ($30,000)

  • i remember this..fucking epic.

    WHO DAT

  • l.m.a.o

  • I think he was talking to the Comish about that fine he got.

  • This guy is funny for real... He's always doing something funny

  • Lol i love the saints.

  • fuck the celebration rules theyre bullshit

  • agreed, it isnt called the No Fun League for no reason.

  • @2L0CC

Fuck the NFL... its bullshit. No reason why anyone should get paid MILLIONS of bucks to chase a FOOTBALL AROUND.

    IS THIS PRE-SCHOOL?

  • @TheMango121 NFL players aren't even the highest paid athletes, Soccer and Baseball pay the highest then its Hockey and Basketball. And there's more to Football besides chasing a ball

  • @mytimton

Same as every other sport.. Chase a ball around. Its AMAZING people get paid so much for something that doesn't contribute to society. I guess you could call it entertainment, but when you look at it its just "Pick a team, hope they win".

    Kinda silly. Always imo

  • This was one of my favorites. I actually liked this better than the "sharpie" but Chad Johnson's riverdance was the best.

  • taunting your opponent is unsportsman like conduct. But just being silly and humorous for attention is all in good fun.

  • refs have no sense of humor what so ever

  • those reffs need to take a fucking joke

  • soon they will be twittering ;)

  • How can you say this is idiotic Jon? This is funny stuff here. I mean if you can't laugh at this then something is seriously wrong with your sense of humour.

  • yea 03 but madden 04

  • FUCK U REFFS!!!!!!!!

  • what season was this?

  • 2003

  • thanks

  • @bcherefosho

    2003

  • i know at this time goodell wasn't the commish but still he ruined the game

  • The NFL needs to allow celebrations for the entertainment of the fans, thats the whole point of the stupid games and the ticket sales, to satisfy the fans, that idiot broken legged Joe Theisman is just jealous he never had the athletic ability that alot of these wrs have...I used to only watch cowboys games just to see what TO would do next... the nfl should allow the celebrations.

  • @jcthomas88 I agree man. Touchdown Celebrations are practically part of the American football tradition.

  • They never should have outlawed celebrations like this. You wanna stop celebrations like this, here is an idea for you that just might work, KEEP THE OTHER TEAM OUT OF THE END ZONE!!! Long live people like Horn, T.O. Number 85 and others for stuff like this.

  • The NO FUN LEAGUE!

  • i agree with fangman21, a touchdown "celebration" isnt bad at all, but if do a touchdown "mock" at the other team or player thats unsportsman like and shouldnt be accepted
