I honestly think Natsume is for Mikan. I mean Ruka loves her too, but I've always gotten the feeling that Ruka and Hotaru were meant to be more so than Ruka and Mikan. The anime doesn't really show the love triangle as well but the manga does a really good job of it. The manga shows the relationships more in depth, and is definitely worth reading. xD

I think Natsume and Mikan go great together. But Ruka actually knows how to express how he feels and so I like Ruka better because he shows it in a positive way, where, unlike Ruka, Natsume gets flustered and becomes more rude and unneeded.
