  • I m sorry because i missed some in above that What a good conversation , really i m amazing. For Periodontal may check out my videos.......

  • WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • periodontal disease = gingivitis. this is what the toothpaste and mouthwash commercials are advertising a preventative for.

also, i hate this song... love the mute button

  • @amysmosquito "periodontal disease = gingivitis" ... Not necessarily. Gingivitis does turn into periodontal disease, but they are not exactly the same thing. You see, gingivitis is reversible while periodontal disease is not. The reason being is that periodontal disease indicates some type of gingival recession or bone loss in the mouth, which does not grow back. However, it can be prevented from getting worse. Gingivitis is reversible because that could be inflammation.

  • marshmallows

  • how the hell does someone let their teeth get like that............

  • I feel like brushing my teeth ALOT! With 1000000 drops of toothpaste D:

  • GOD WHY THIS SONG WHAT HAVE I SINNED TO DESERVE THIS

  • Poor guy

  • fuk this soung

  • then God said, let there be MUTE!!!!!!!

  • its gum du-__-

  • fake and gay

  • eww that plaque wtf!!

  • Damn U Should Get 60$

  • I think the big tooth are really two teeth fusing together

  • fucking song : S:S:S

  • *sudden urge to brush teeth*

  • thats a tooth?? how??/

  • Hate that freakin song!

  • take a baseball bat and be ready to hit them all...

  • That does make it eszer to pull right?

  • that's realy freaky

  • Why is that tooth so big and misshapen?

  • haha, tooth....on steroids!

  • No shit! Amen to that!

  • what is that big one.It looks like a stone LOL

  • Why do I watch these type of videos ? xD

Why am I watching this ?

  • JUST FUCKING PULL IT OUT ALREADY FOR FUCKS SAKE! my god that's so nasty.. i'm going to go brush my teeth now..

  • has this person ever seen a tube of toothpaste

how the hell was his mouth able to produce that much tartar?

either his saliva has a very very low pH level or he drinks WAY to much cola

  • @mercanaries3

my ex girlfriends brother would always drink cola, he's 22 and has no teeth. he doesn't want dentures, crazy thing is he is married to a decent looking chick.

  • @pojo205

thats a sad story but i guess his gums are sharp as glass because you need teeth to eat

i drink sugary drinks every day to how come i have teeth??

how? by brushing teeth every day 3 times a day for 2 minutes

  • @mercanaries3

he can't eat things like chicken, crackers, peanuts, etc. He's only able to eat soft foods like jello, mashed potatoes and soggy vegetables.

you only need to rinse your mouth out with water after eating/drinking something acidic. I too would always drink carbonated beverages, but I'm always drinking water. On top of brushing twice a day.

  • @pojo205

    i know....

but the truth is soda does nothing to our teeth except make them sensitive

or dye them a yellowish color

the only way some can lose all their teeth is if they've never brushed or if they got it punched out of them

  • @mercanaries3

it does a lot more than that. soda also causes enamel to wear down and soften. exposing the dentine and increasing the risk of cavities and abscesses. he never brushed his teeth, he had all his teeth removed at the age of 20

  • Who wants corn pop?

  • ok ok ok now i hate this song!!!!!

  • ew :|

  • What is this music??? Its on loads of videos, driving me mad! :P

  • @Leannehugspeople The music is sponsored by a company that asked me to put it on and would give me x$ I told them to pay it forward.

  • @Leannehugspeople I agree. I am sooooo sick of this music. It's not even that great.

  • This is why I take such good care of my teeth *shudders*

  • Why on earth would anyone let their teeth get that bad? There had to be some point where they looked in the mirror and said hey - i better get something done before I lose some teeth! Where the hell are their priorities???

  • Kurwa zęby jak złoto. Xd

  • Comment removed

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!

  • The teeth are almost totally encased in tartar. That is why they have a strange shape.

  • This is ridiculous.

How much trouble is it to go to the bathroom and brush/floss/rince twice a day.....seriously. I used to chew tobacco and smoke, yet my teeth look fine because I actually make an effort to keep them clean and healthy.

    ....this is sad....

  • EWWWW! GROSS! maybe this guy should go to the dentist more often, oh and maybe buy a tooth brush and some gloss to brush and floss your damn teeth!

  • @kingdoffy sick of this song It actually comes with the most depressing videos too!

  • What are those huge yellow things? they dont look like teeth at at all?

  • Damn i bet this persons breath can kill you haha. lol

  • Is it weird that this gave me a boner?

  • @cherrycoke789 I give you a standing ovation for your comment - and, since we are both now armed, challenge you to a sword fight.

  • i thinki may be in the early stages x.x i feel like brushen my teeth

  • i've never seen tooth cancer until now. i think i'm going to go brush my teeth.

  • i probably pull that tooth out and let the tooth fairy deal with it XD

  • I took care of a patient with teeth like that and they wouldn't let anybody brush them cuz it was painful. I wanted to slap their kids for letting them get that bad. First thing I would have done was send my parents to the dentist to have them pulled if they couldn't be saved.

  • ya i cant even stand sitting beside her ewwwww sad

  • my friend has teeth like that and shes 47 they bleed and her teeth stink she needs a dentist but wont go i think thats why shes single!

  • @sexything72 I wouldn't doubt that's why she's still single. Would you want to kiss someone with bleeding gums and a mouth that smelled like a sewer? Nothing turns off a person more than rotting teeth and smelly breath!

  • There are some people, like myself, who even with extremely good dental habits, cannot stop periodontal disease and bone loss. But the person in this video deserved to lose their teeth and will. It is too late. When you have tartar caked so high that you can't see the tooth anymore it is all over.

  • Dentist: "OK, no cavitys, good job"

  • FUCKING IGNORANCE! 30 years without going to a dentist???????

  • Ewww look at his tung he prob never brushed and it maybe all stanky

  • @francetonomor Hhaaaaha! I was thinkin the same thing.. DISGUSTING!!! He probably had severe halitosis!!

  • @LeftBehindScar

Your teeth may bleed after brushing them from not brushing or flossing in a long time. Hopefully that's the case and brush and floss regulary to prevent anything serious, if the bleeding continues after brushing regulary I suggest seeing your dentist.

  • i wonder if u can just yank the fucker out

  • fuck just rip out his entire jaw.. thats gross :p

also.. how the fuck did his teeth fuse together into 1 mega tooth? Is that just something he had from birth or has he been drinking some messed up shit?

  • @MinusG -eating 'cat' lol

  • Omg, I wanted to pull that fucker out so bad. Why did he just play with it a little? :(

  • why do I want Corn Pops all of a sudden? XD

    how stupid

  • some of my baby teeth a long time ago would crack into tiny pieces and i had to pull the out one by one and now the second tooth back from my caynine teeth lost a little piece out of it its a baby tooth

  • this person makes me look like i have AMAZING teeth

  • Not going to a dentist isn't too bad, my grandfather hasn't gone to the dentist in almost 30 years now, and he has never had problems with his teeth. You only need a dentist once something gets really bad, as long as you brush once/twice a day.

  • @cocacolaligification Your recommendation to wait for things to "get really bad" would not be good advice IMO. If you catch problems early it will cost you less and save you time in the dental chair. Your Grandfather is unique most people would not be able to stay away from the dentist for 30 years without a serious problem. Consider one third of adult Americans over 65 years old do not have any teeth.

  • @johnddscom Im saying that you don't need to go to the dentist as long as you keep your teeth in good shape, you should go to the dentist only if you get a problem which a toothbrush can't fix ;)

  • @cocacolaligification

Uh don't forget flossing. And once a day isn't enough. You need to go to a dentist for teeth cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, carie inspection, etc. Don't be so smug.

  • @johnddscom Exactly. I know folks in their 20's who don't take care of their teeth and are loosing them. By the time they turn 40, they won't have any left. Sad.

I can tell you countless stories of folks who would buy gadgets and everything else, and won't spend a dime towards saving their teeth.

  • @cocacolaligification Clearly your grandfather has false teeth..

  • @2slogan If he never goes to a dentist, then how would he even get some false teeth? And by the way, they are not false ;)

  • @cocacolaligification Not true! I have gum disease and lost 4 teeth and brush two/three times a day. I go to my dentist every three months for cleanings and still have problems.

  • it looks like a corn pop

  • THAT'S why I only have 3 teeth!

  • whoa is that half a pound of cheese stuck on his tooth ???

  • wat if they only bleed alittle in 1 spot my front teeth?

  • Is being an open-mouthed breather at night one of the main reasons why my gums still bleed when I brush them? (Meaning, I sleep and breathe out my mouth when I'm asleep)

  • @Shirrage Open-mouthed breething can contribute to your gums being inflamed. Have you seen a dentist?

  • @johnddscom Of course! My next appointment is Jan. 1 2011 and my dentist said probably the reason for it being so inflamed might be due to me breathing through my mouth at night, but I brush and floss EVERY NIGHT, so he just told me to keep it up and they'll see how they turn out. So far, it's gone down just a little, but it's still noticeable.

  • @Shirrage That can be part of the problem, but another problem could be not brushing well enough or not flossing enough. You should be brushing for 2 minutes in the morning, and 2 minutes in the evening before bed time. Floss at least once a day and use mouth rinse twice a day, preferably Listerine so long as you don't have a dry mouth. If you do have a dry mouth then use an alcohol free mouth rinse.

  • @Sallyallie89 Well, I do thirty seconds of brushing on both sides -- front of the teeth and back on both rows -- and in total it equals to two minutes. I also spend a total of twenty seconds on the roof of my mouth, and ten seconds on my tongue -- five for the bristles on the brush and five for the tongue brush on the tooth brush. I, too, floss once a day and I always rinse everyday, but once every day. Alcohol-free? I thought those didn't help as much as the regular acohol based ones.

  • @Shirrage Are you on any medications or have any illnesses? Sometimes the daily meds we take, or an illness such as a disease, could cause you to be more susceptible to periodontal disease. If this isn't the case then I would check with your dentist to see what he/she recommends. This way they can at least look at your gingiva, look at the meds you might be taking if you're taking any, look into any illnesses you might have, and figure out a solution.

  • @Sallyallie89 No, I'm never on any sorts of medication. If I were on any, then I would be full aware of the reason behind my gums being inflamed. All I'm getting from my dentist is that I just have inflamed gums due to breathing through my mouth when I sleep and not being able to brush and floss in the mornings since I'm being rushed to school. So, that might be the reason behind my gums being inflamed so much.

  • @Shirrage They are correct in this case. When you breath through your mouth it dries your mouth out, resulting in inflammation. Some people breathe through their mouth due to having a stuffy nose from a cold, flu, etc. While others just simply can't help the fact that they breathe through their mouth at night. I'm one of these people who can't help but open my mouth while I sleep. Sometimes sleeping on my side helps close my mouth more though.

  • good lord, is that a human?

  • Floss 3.00 bucks. Toothpaste 5.00 bucks ( Tom & Mane recommended ). Mouth wash about 5 bucks. That's 13 dollars to save your teeth vs thousands of dollars to repair your teeth.

  • BRUSH YOUR FUCKING TEETH AND SHIT LIKE THIS DOESNT FUCKING HAPPEN!!! DUMB FUCKS!!

  • omg!! im a dental assitant and this is just so sad to see how people do not care about their mouth!

  • oh my gosh that is so gross! I'm so glad I have such good dental hygiene.

  • damn nigga brush yo teeth next time

  • :O=====

  • I'm a dental nurse, and I love anything with pus or blood, anything gory!

    ....

But perio..... I just can't handle it. Teeth are not suppose to be mobile!!! Creeps me out.... *shudder* I could never be a hygienist....

Bleeding gums require a dentist and interdental cleaning. To have good teeth it's real simple, brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste twice a day, clean between the teeth, chew sugar free gum and limit sugar consumption. And pay the dentist a visit at least yearly!

  • if you can't get to a toothbrush or floss; chew on on some grass or tree bark, that's what negros do

  • Well, if your gums are bleeding it coulde be that you have gingivitis, but don't worry too much because it is reversible. If you can, brush your teeth 2 times a day and floss and if you don't have access to a tooth brush, chew a sugarless gum for about 2 minutes and rinse with water. If you don't have insurance or if you do, try to go to the dentist and get a prophylaxis(cleaning) and go for another visit in six months.

  • my gums bleed when i brush and floss but i've been trying to do it regularly. what do you recommend i should do :(?

  • @rollen01 Your gums should never bleed when you brush or floss. If they do I would recommend you visit a dentist to see if you have gum disease. In the mean time continue to brush and floss your teeth and gums.

  • @johnddscom Or find another alternative to floss. I mean, if it makes your gums bleed, its a bit stupid to continue doing it that way.

  • @rollen01 It could also be that you are brushing to hard, my teeth and gums are fine, yet the bleed a bit around the teeth because I sometimes brush hard.

  • @rollen01 ok just i had it to but you need to brush for 2 minutes 3 times a day mouthwash before and after each bruching and also floss do this for 4 to 6 weeks and you will be cured

  • @prozombiehunter Totally agree with you. I did the same thing and my gums stoped bleeding and my sensitivity went down as well. Listerine is a god send!

  • @rollen01 I'm a dentist, and it sounds like you don't brush and floss frequently enough IMO. Most people have to religiously brush and floss 3-4 times a day, every day in order to prevent bleeding gums. If you skip a few days here and there, your gums will surely bleed again. And he is right, they should never bleed if you do it regularly - so if they still do, you might have periodontal (gum) disease.

  • @rollen01 - johnnddscom is correct about this. See a dentist quick! I brush at least 3 times a day and floss every night and my gums never bleed.

  • brush your teeth .. and floss daily, rinse twice. and pray to god you don't end up like that unluckeh bastard ! .

  • @SimplicityyHD Why he gotta be all that? Folks just mean for no reason lol.

  • dem teeth look like fuckin rocks >.< wat is wrong wit people and not brushin their teeth today :(

  • "Are you okay" No he's not fucking okay, he never brushes.

  • I has water pick... somewhere lol

  • I'd sure like to go frence on him jk ugh god damn that mouth must fucken smell like shit

  • It looks like Corn Pops cereal

  • that person smoke all time i think

  • where can get a water pick? is it sold in drug stores?

  • @pretty00kitty Yes most drug stores carry waterpicks.

  • @johnddscom ..hi johndds...question..forgive my ignorance but why is the patient's teeth so ackwardly shaped?...Is that due to the advanced periodontal disease?

  • @pretty00kitty u can get em on ebay

  • *Brush your teeth!!!*

  • Man, Just yoink that sucker out! I think it's too far gone anyways eeeew

  • wow!

  • What's a water pick?

  • @msqundhari A WaterPick is a name brand for an oral litigator. It is basically a water hose (power washer) for your mouth. It will flush out things you can not even see.

  • @johnddscom Oooh...thanks!

  • @johnddscom Waterpicks can NOT 'flush out' tartar and the pressure inside is hardly comparable to a water hose.

  • OMFG

  • my gums bleed when i brush my teeth and most of my friends do too when i had asked them..it seems like a pretty common thing and my teeth are healthy...is the description really true?

  • @Firemaker100 Gums should never bleed. No different than should your arm bleed if you brushed or flossed it. Think about it. Your gums and your arm are made of the same type of tissue. Whatever you do to your arm that makes it bleed, that is the same amount of pressure or force necessary to make your gums bleed. I recommend an electric toothbrush, such as Vitality by Oral-B ($20) and a water pick ($40) for one week; see if this helps you.

  • @johnddscom

hey man what is a water pick?

  • @DavyDave1313 i think its like pressured water and u clean ur teeth with it its kinda like flossing but instead its a powerful water sprayer

  • @DavyDave1313 Oral Irigator not litigator OOPS

  • @Firemaker100 do you brush your teeth often? cuz it happpens alot when people dont brush there trrth alot. it happend to me with flosing will i did it alot and it stoped

  • It's like people want to have this disease..after gingivitis how can you not brush your teeth?

  • he has a fissured tongue. look out me, im on my way to working in the dental field. im trying to get my stomach use to cases like this... :( *gulp*

  • don't do drugs kid or this will happen

  • Man, his teeth look like a modern artwork. Makes me glad that I visit the dentist every 6 months for a checkup (altough those bastards are high in price).

  • @omgitsolithegeek Artwork indeed! Consider it an investment ;-)

  • wouldnt it be painful to eat with teeth like that?

  • @frozencold199 Yes, it would not be comfortable to eat with this situation

  • iam going to brush my teeth every body who reads this go BRUSH YOUR TEETH...lol

  • @575razorblade Brush Brush Brush!

  • god i wish i had teeth like them.

  • @IIIArrow711 I can give you the recipe ;-)

  • one of his tooth looks like a rock

  • @IndigoChild215 Rock it is!

  • Did a study on this... if you will floss your teeth every day, especially before bed, it will go a long way in preventing this kind of thing. I went to the dentist for a cavity and it was the first time I had been there in 20 years or more. He told me if I hadn't come in I'd be losing my other teeth to this disease. He cleaned them and I immediately started flossing and the depth between teeth and gums went from 7 mil to 2 and 3 mil deep in less than a year. It's cheap and it works folks. Floss!

  • @Thistlesifter220 Good advice! Also consider an electric toothbrush and water pick.
