  • how does the fire burn for so long ? O.o

  • This is my second year doing this. But instead of a cured ham, I have gotten an 18lb pork leg and have done it the same way as in the video. It takes me 12 hours, but tons of flavor and makes great sandwiches with leftovers.

  • 9:44 made me jump.. :) This is too awesome though, I bet that ham didn't last long..

  • did anyone see the subliminal message?!?! thumbs up!

Not only is your comments easy to listen to, but relaxing.

Second, the music you choose for your background is fantastic.

Wish we could all be as laid back in life as you are.

  • so is there a direct link to the taste of the final product and the amount of thumbs up one should give during the Queing process. I mean you had an entire crew lined up to give it the 4 thumb salute. How could it not turn out good. Maybe that's what'll push my next bbqing session over the top, gonna try it and will get back to you on the results.

  • I Cooked this on new years day, outside in the snow. It was worth every min in the cold, family was wowed by this un-traditional (at least were I'm from) Holiday meal. A+ and I will recommend your channel to all my friends.

  • made this for Christmas dinner tonight - and EVERYONE loved this recipe!

    Thanks BBQ Pit Boys! Incredible!

  • Gotta tell you guys...The vids are great and ya know your Smokin'. I have watched a many of em. Awesome web site too!!! Now tell me...is that ham the butt side or shank end? Gotta know cause I'm movin' the Weber up on the porch Xmas Day and gonna give this one a try. If I cant find any Apple Wood will Hickory do? Keep giving us more videos!!!...Thanks Guys!

  • @Flyback50 ...thanks flyback for those kind words! We like the Butt because it is meatier, and better for slicing. It makes for an awesome holiday meal, and better yet, for leftovers when making those smoked ham sandwiches. Go real easy on the hickory if you can't find some sweet wood like apple. -BBQ Pit Boys

  • bbq glazed ham, blues, guns and zz top as your neighbors....who needs heaven?

  • @lago4 ....yeah, ya don't want to wait for heaven, dude! Especially if the "Big Guy in the Sky" turns out to be a big ol' bug who doesn't take kindly to humanoids! Go for it...now..!

  • man how do you stop the ham from blackening too much in one spot?!?!?

  • Can you smell that??These are my socks...

  • jus don be shootin that ham, boy

  • rednecks :D

  • Unique...excellent...creative....resourceful....most excellent....but where's the women....ZZTop had some great pairs of legs.....in any BBQ...anywhere in Canada or the USA you have the recipe and the women....unless this is one of those Brokeback, modern day, fudgepacking, enlightened Western fag buys his gay coffee at Starbucks type of BBQ'ing type of Hersey Highway trucking fools....so tell me.....where are the gals with the short shorts and the spillage of the seriously serious cleavage????

  • @mysweeteventhorizon ...lol, dude.... since the beginning of time it was the men who hunted for food, butchered the kill and then barbecued and ate the meat on the spot to replenish their energy, before bringing the leftovers home. The smell of fire and grilling meat is in the males DNA, not the females. Women simply do not understand that BBQ Pit Boys phrase, "Can you smell that? It smells guuuud!" T&A is everywhere on YouTube but not likely in a BBQ Pit Boys vid. The Pit is a sacred place.

  • Love your work boys, happy holidays! We had Turkey & pork on the weber, beautiful stuff.

  • I kept telling my lady all about your site, and how you grill. It affected me so much that I ended up bbqing all summer and winter long on my cheap $25 Kmart grill.

Then, today, Christmas, I opened my heavy gift and it is a Weber Performer! I had no idea that your You Tube Channel would lead me down this path in so short of time.
