you guys are Great!! i wish my school band can do a show like this but its cool i like my schools band The show is awesome you guys are really good. I love it i can watch it over and over :D I go to Los Angeles high school and we got second place in scsboa and we won 22 years in a row in city championships I would love to do a show like this but we are in 1A so we cant :( but our show was cool to it's about high school. @th3mainstreamhipster Like previously stated, we aren't trying to copy Tarpon Springs and it is your opinion of who pulls it off better, but you really can't do that cause our shows music is different, choreographing was different and we worked hard too just as Tarpon Springs. There's the similarity for you. Our directors make our music and show so it's all original. I really do like Tarpon Springs and am not harshing on them, but give us a chance to before posting something like that.- Thanks

to everyone commenting on this from other schools...thank you. thesew comments actualy brought tears to my eyes. knowing what we bring to our crowd means alot more to me than the trophies or awards. im glad that we inspire you to be better at what you do. cant wait to see some of you next season. its been an honor competing against all of you.

I'm in Marching Band and they were at my most recent competition. They got sweepstakes, AND when their performance was done, they got a standing ovation.

Both were well deserved.

I'm from Mira Costa and I want our Marching Band to be like them. They honestly inspire me to try and be a better performer.

@AsianFatHead - No it may be based on paranormal phenomenon, but it is different. Written for and choreographed for this band.

I proud of this band no matter what the scores said. We put out a great show. I wish we would have gotten to see all of the other bands too, but I'm sure that all of their hard work came through as well.

@iNinjaification As I have said previously, no one has ownership of paranormal activity. Just because this may have similar themes, the music, the choreography are specific to our band. Thank you for comparing us to another great performance, but similarities are where it ends.

@itsDova You do make a valid point, but I would consider it an inspiration, rather than a copy. Just because it's dealing with paranormal/scary themes, doesn't mean it's exactly the same; many aspects are different- the music is dark like their show but completely original, the drill is completely different, there is an incorporation of Dub Step and a TON of unique visuals into the show, and the ending is WAY different.

Thank you all so much everyone! You make this San Marcos senior want to cry with joy. It's not about competing to me. If I can march off that field knowing that not only me and my band mates felt amazing but the crowd loved our performance, that is better than winning any trophy. Again, thank you all so much, Tesero, RBV, Serrano, and anyone else who loved our show! I wish I could have seen all of your amazing talents being performed on the field!
