Very beautiful tone- thoughI must confess as a violist who has played this piece I am a little disappointed he played some of the more challenging passages down an octave - I hope it wasn't a cop out and was more an artistic choice.

@LOTViolists try keeping your shoulder very heavy and your wrist relaxed, as opposed to keeping your elbow raised. that solved about 80% of my bouncing problem.
