In some countries, Its illegal to get tattoos in the face (Its like that where I live..) BUT.. The § is not really in use, so it is the same as if you let the hear and beard grow for 2 yrs, you have to get a new photo in your passport. Also, Its not legal to wear a hat on the pass photo, but if you operate a steal bowler-hat in under the skin of the head, its ok. :)
