you will get the same as me , and get carried away, but its an enjoyable hobby and very satisfying when it works out.can be costly though, nearly as bad as keeping koi carp, which is my other hobby
Sounds great, dont be over ambitious or you will get fed up building it. Better to build something small then add to it.

Cheers for comment and advice. I think your right, Although the track will run right round the loft eventually, only one side will be scenic.

Yeah I like the thought of DCC and its benefits. Just gonna try to keep it simple for a while. Gotta say you've done an excellent job on your layout.
