It's probably one of the easiest karas in the game. Just f+lk or f+hk and cancel it before the active frames with any special move. If you buffer the special its real easy, for example: f+lk, d, d/f+hk for the tiger knee.
Gotta say impressed with Yipes' kara throws. Fucker can do it after like 3 blocked crouch jabs.
