  • WABC TV 7 in NYC did not have any alert what-so-ever. All the other stations yes, I live in CT.

  • I thought so. The audio seemed to break out after about a minute in. I posted my recording as well.

  • It was a partial failure. The audio message cut out after about the first 5 words. Even Rush Limbaugh caught it!
