What actually regulates the Earth's temperature is the Gulf Current (I believe that is the correct name for it) of the oceans that encompasses the world. It carries warm water, which rises like warm air, and cold water, drops like cold air, all around the globe, maintaining a relatively constant temperature around the world.

One comment the guy in the video said, is that earths temperature isnt effected by global warming. Infrared rays are the "heat waves" which heat our earth, just becuase infrared waves arent increasing or decreasing, doesnt pinpoint the fact that ultraviolet waves are being effected by global warming. there are many dangers in consequence for this shift, so even if earth heat isnt being effected, the ultraviolet light will still pose a threat to humans.

Global warming is taking place, and isnt a fraud. Anyone can look at the temperature gradients, and say it is occuring. It is natural for the earth to endure such change, it has happened before. The fact is this year is easily shaping up to be the hottest year on record. It should beat out the previous record holder, last year, which took the title from the year before that. The fact is the climate is changing. This includes massive heat waves in California as well as floods in Texas... as well as snowstorms in New York in the middle of summer.

Though, on average the Earth is warmer, the change wrecks havoc in the short term as the typical climate patterns are destroyed.
